    My happy place - and the best crew in the world.

    The most wonderful place on earth staffed by an extraordinary crew of people. This is our happy place but even more so when we are connected with a wonderful butlers crew - Ivan, Janisse, and Cristopher are the best and I can’t forget Mauricio who helped us in our previous visit. You will be in the best care in Casa Fuego!

    Alejandro Barrera, Bani Aburto and Julieta Gamboa Did a great job helping us feel welcome! There is so much you can choose to do (adventure parks, lazy river, kayaks, paddle boards, many other), or you can just relax. Food was really great at the resort

    Perfect family getaway with impeccable service

    We recently stayed at the Xcaret Hotel in Mexico as a family of four, with our young boys aged seven and five (for the second time) and the best time imaginable! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Every detail was taken care of, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Our butlers Alejandro Barrera, Bani Alberto and Juliet’s Gamboa in particular, were phenomenal and added a special touch to our experience. Nothing was too much for them and catered to our every need. I would highly recommend upgrading to a suite with a butler if it’s an option! The kids had an absolute blast with all the new slides and Park adventures to choose from and we felt completely pampered. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. Thank you Xcaret, for an unforgettable holiday.

    Amazing next to none service!

    Mauricio Cupul, Andres Santos and Jose Miguel from Hotel Xcaret Mexico are a dream team! If you stay at this hotel (you are crazy if your staying in Mexico and not staying at this hotel!) then you need to request these guys as your butlers/concierge! Especially Mauricio! He took extra special care of my kids and made their trip extraordinary and personalized! I come to this hotel 2-3 times a year, which in itself shows how much I love it here! Looking forward to my next visit so I can request these butlers and have another spectacular vacation!
