We were celbrating our annivesary and the concierge ( Elisa ) did an amazing thing for us every day in our room which included wines, food, rose petals, the works. The food at the resort was amazing, some of the best food we ever ate. The pools and views were the wow factor!! I would definately go back again.

Beautiful hotel with great food
The staff were wonderful. Astrid was our personal concierge and was so lovely. She very quickly made all reservations for us and arranged for cupcakes and balloons for our daughter’s birthday. The family suite was so perfect for our kids with lots of games and we definitely used the in-suite popcorn machine! All of the food was delicious - we enjoyed every restaurant that we dined at and there was plenty of variety at breakfast and lunch!

From the moment we arrived, he was in constant contact, ensuring every detail of our vacation was perfectly planned. Reservation Assistance:He effortlessly handled all our restaurant and activity reservations, taking the stress out of planning. Daily Reminders:Each day, we received timely reminders to confirm our appointments, which was incredibly helpful. Room Maintenance:Our room was always immaculate, reflecting his attention to detail. Prompt Service:Whenever we needed anything, he was just a message away and always made it happen. His dedication made our stay truly memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better concierge ! Outstanding
Absolutely amazing ! Resort was clean, staff was outstanding, food was excellent! The only downfall was, that I eventually had to leave ! My concierge Natalia was the literally the best !! I’ll definitely be returning !
