I really had high expectations for this resort - after all, I went to a Secrets resort (15 years ago) for my honeymoon and it was fabulous. The food taste and quality was significantly worse at Dreams this time. We went to the buffet for dinner once - never again! I found literally one item that looked safe/appetizing. Got chicken tacos for dinner one evening - had lots of hard pieces of chicken so obviously I didn't eat that night. Many odd/unique choices for dinner at the specialty restaurants - most people don't want octopus (Marin) or raw meat (Gaucho). I felt hungry the whole time. Coffee at Dulce was terrible quality. The ocean had lots of debris and seaweed - does not make for the most relaxing experience. The resort is spread out, with lots of smaller pools - so if you're traveling with seniors, be prepared for lots of complaining. I guess you get what you pay for, and I will be trying a Beaches resorts next time. Save your money and do the same. Sorry, Dreams.

Just had my wedding at Dreams Playa Mujeres. I cannot thank this resort and the staff for making our day and our week long stay as amazing as it was. The food was great at every restaurant we went to, our wedding meals were fantastic and the staff went above and beyond. Would love to shout out a few people but especially our wedding day coordinator, Erika. She really knows what she is doing and made our day so special. Cannot thank her enough! Omar was our bellhop when we arrived and left and he remembered us the entire stay. Alejandro helped my family with their bali beds by the pool and was so nice and helpful the whole week! If you are on the fence about booking this resort for a vacation or your wedding, I honestly would recommend 1000%!

We had a lot of fun swiming with the dolphins and had time to relax
Dreams in Playa Mujeres is perfect for families. The Staff provides an excellent service . The hotel has a variety of activities and fun entertainment. This is the second time we stayed at Dreams and I recommend it.

5 star service!
We had a lovely time. The service was top notch everywhere at the resort from the first moment we arrived with the bellhop Juan seeing to our every need to seeing us off at the end of the vacation and remembering us from 4 days prior. Everyone was very friendly throughout our stay. Would definitely go back!
