    Best family vacation

    We were there for an extended family vacation and had an amazing time. Booked the preferred club. Alejandro made it the best experience. We will definitely go back and make sure that we get Alejandro again. Be sure to ask for him as soon as you check in to make the best of your stay.

    Jaime Lagunas was our preferred club concierge and he made our stay amazing. He was so helpful and kind. This resort is great for a family trip. Kids club is amazing!

    For families not for people who wanna party

    The resort is beautiful. Clean and spacious. However, the staff is underdeveloped and not cross trained. The staff members seemed to only be well versed in their areas of expertise. Meaning if the employee worked in the gift shop do not expect them to know anything about the rest of the resort. This was very foreign to me considering my experiences from other resorts. Ive experienced staff members working the cafe, pool, restaurants, front desk and being crossed trained. This way they know how each area operates. Next Id like to talk about the food. It was mediocre. There was no seasoning and it was extra bland. Even the specialty restaurants were under seasoned. The resort seemed to be understaffed. I went to the pool grill and was told the wait was 45 mins for a nachos and fries. The resort was only at 30% capacity. And There was only 2 cooks in the kitchen. My next complaint is the fact that there are no late night restaurants open. They defer you to room service. That room service menu had a very limited selection. Every single bar on the resort is closed by 1am. We were here with a wedding. We wanted to party. This resort was not it. The suites were very clean. However, I think the housekeeping staff should close the door while servicing the room. We would be gone all day and when we returned after the evening turn down service, my room would be filled with mosquitos. Lastly for check out the night before they slide a note under your door. I didnt know i needed to bring it with me to show the driver that i didnt owe any money. What if i ordered something overnight??? That piece of paper wouldnt actually reflect my new balance. In closing, I am a world traveler who typically stays in Marriott or Hilton properties. I have never experienced anything like this before. My hope is that the owners of the properties really read these reviews and make some changes.

    AMAZING VACATION🌴😎

    We’ve been having the best time visiting the resort! Food-great!! Drinks- Amazing!! Service-perfection!!! From the moment we exited our transportation we were greeted with warm hand towels, then champagne, then taken to preferred lounge where check-in was flawless. Mario at the swim-up bar kept us nicely hydrated with Margaritas❤️ Herberth-was on point taking our drink orders when lounging in the chairs. He was so kind! Alejandro-did an amazing job setting up our cabana, making reservations, and setting up our chairs for the days cabanas were not available. Rosalinda kept our fridge stocked, room spotless and turndown at night was very thoughtful. Hibachi was amazing! Jaime was awesome! Very funny and great chef! We stayed mainly at the main pool where entertainment was so fun! Beach services were great and everything well kept. The main reason for our visit was to tour the hotel for our wedding next year. We met with the wedding coordinator Patricia and she did such a great job talking/walking us through everything! We can’t wait for our wedding day to come! See you next year🥂
