Jul 09, 2025We all work too hard for money and time away to take a vacation and spend it at a worn out place like this
This was one of the worst vacation experiences I have ever had in my life. We all work very hard for our money and even harder to take the time away on vacation. This resort is totally worn out from the towels, being scratchy and old to the furniture being worn out to the water down drinks. Let’s not forget the upgrade scam as soon as you check in. This place needs a total red redo. Look at the pictures. I’ve attached do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. It’s not inexpensive to be here and it should be enjoyable.

The entire resort was spotless. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping the rooms and common areas impeccably clean, and the attention to detail was noticeable everywhere — from the perfectly manicured gardens to the sparkling pools. This was truly one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a place with amazing food, warm hospitality, and a pristine setting, I highly recommend this resort.

Our stay at the resort was enjoyable overall, but there were a few issues that could be improved to enhance the guest experience. Some facilities were not up to standard. For example, the tap in our room was old and rotten—almost came off in my hand—and we had to request a replacement. One day, we had no water at all, and when the water pipe was fixed, only cold water was available. The air conditioning was very loud and didn’t cool the room properly, leaving it still quite hot. The TV remote control was not compatible with the TV, so we had to ask for a new one. Despite these challenges, we truly appreciated the calm and patient approach of one particular staff member, Jenfry de Jesus. He handled all our concerns quickly, professionally, and kindly. His helpfulness and support made a big difference, and we will return mainly because of his excellent service. The resort should be very proud to have employees like him representing the place. One suggestion: the Dominican traditional dinner was absolutely memorable and delicious. The chef should be proud of his skills! It would be a nice touch if guests had the opportunity to personally congratulate the chef after dinner — that would make the experience even more special. Thank you for the experience, and we hope these comments help improve future stays.

10/10 I WOULD RECOMMEND!!!!
My first solo trip for my birthday and this trip was everything I hoped for! Great service, EXTREMELY relaxing, delicious food, calming activities like yoga on the beach and good people. I want to make sure I highlight how great Patrick at guest services is. Any and everything I needed he was on it; from reservations, booking a massage and making sure my birthday was special because it was a solo trip. All around an amazing trip!!!

Good and relaxing!! Exactly what we needed
Jorge and Maxwell were great as our concierge!! Definitely very helpful and made our stay run smoothly. Super grateful for them 🤩 10/10 Food definitely could use some improvement, we were excited to get out of the resort and get some other food. Fruit was good though!!
