    Wonderful Experience

    Isaimi was a wonderful server! The guava cocktail was out of this world and I highly recommend saving room for dessert. We’ll be back

    Amazing weekend

    I went to the sand trap and had an amazin time with Angely, lianexis and natasha. They teach me spanish and take care of me the whole night! Amazing island to have a blast !!!

    Poor customer service and unfriendly staff. Would not recommend.

    Terrible customer service and staff is rude and unfriendly. Not worth the price. Restaurants and bars were sporadically closed and the lobby bar drinks are terrible. Please send the bartenders to school. Beach and water a beautiful and easy to enjoy. Rooms were standard and satisfactory. The resort does not meet Hyatt Regency standards. Would not stay at this resort again. Do better Hyatt.
