    Home away from home.

    Best relaxing, beautiful resort. Good food, employees go out of their way to make you feel special and to make your vacation memorable. We have been here 13 times, and it feels like home away from home and even though they keep making changes and some of our favorite employees are no longer here due to Covid, we still love it here.

    Good but not great

    Staff is friendly. The resort scenery is beautiful. The beach cabana service was great. The pool drinks weren’t good. Need more vegetarian options at the pool. Gym was good. The spa and spa staff were amazing. The buffet wasn’t great. The fruits were very good.

    Hotel property is great, cleaning was good but the SERVICE was terrible, the staff looked like they hate their job.

    Best massage, felt SO relaxed!

    Just got a massage from Maria Lorenzo and wow—it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. She really knew what she was doing and made me feel so relaxed. 10/10 would go back
