    Had a wonderful time!!!

    Went with two other couples and we had a great time. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Transportation around the resort is very easy. Our concierge, Lorenzo “24 hours” was so friendly, helpful and attentive. He checked in on us all the time and was always available and asking if we needed anything. A wonderful vacation!!

    Great relaxing time, food could be better

    This is a great experience to disconnect and relax. The hotel is nice. Totally worth to upgrade to the level as experience without our butler Mitchell and the level experience wouldn’t have been the same. Heads up if you have any alimentary restrictions, some foods at the buffet don’t have labels and you need to remind your servers and chefs all the time. They told me I could warm up a gluten free bread at the same place as other breads, didn’t do it because of cross contamination awareness. I believe the servers could have a better training about it and be more flexible and attentive to this kind of requests at the buffet. In restaurants, experience was better, however we see it was difficult for our butler to find reservations but when you get to the restaurant you see empty tables, definitely some flaws in the system.

    It was an amazing experience!

    We had a couples massage with Miguelina and Alejandra did an amazing job. It was a great experience, very relaxing. We highly recommend the massages!

    Hospitality friendly nice

    Sapphire Bar has great Bartenders who make you feel welcome and pour great cocktails. Belinda and Franklin are responsive to our requests! It is a great little spot to enjoy from the main lobby bar. Nice to sit before reservations at Tauro or Rosso but we liked it as a break from the lobby.
