Great holiday
This place is paradise, the food was all top notch and the facilities are great, very clean. We went as a family of 5 and loved it. The maid Mercedes was really helpful and sufficient as along with the rest of the staff all bang on and helpful. Minibar was free which was a bonus. Some all inclusive don’t include minibar which is great with kids

Be aware of the concierge service there and food !!!
We booked a room for 7 days. At the lobby they said we have a concierge service ( but we didn't request one) we asked about shuttle to the airport , the concierge Kilvania said it would be $35 (2100 peso) , but in fact the driver changed $43 , he quickly entered 2600 on his payment terminal and quickly tap my credit card , didn't confirm the price with us, also he dropped us at the wrong terminal and we had to walk to another one. when I asked the driver why he charged wrong he said it's a "commission". But Kilvania didn't mention about any commission. I also asked the driver to send a receipt to my email, and there was no any mention about any commissions in there. Also be careful with food in the hotel , I got poison and spent 2 days in my room. Don't recommend to buy any excursions in this hotel, the price in twice more then outside. We booked excursions in the hotel. The bus driver forgot pick us up and we were waiting for 40 min until he come back. Also we spent all day in a bus, saw nothing interesting for 320$. I would never come back to this hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone. Be careful when you call Uber! The Drivers use Uber platform to find customers, lie about they not allowed to go to hotels , they cancel your trip and make you to pay more then Uber price! My advice go to rental car it will be cheaper , find excursions outside hotel in small tourists kiosks, it's legal and safe.

The staff were the best parts of the vacay
Some of the staff members were amazing. We had a few concierges, but Jose Polanco was so attentive and very helpful. He was the best. Whenever we asked him to do something it was done quickly, from rides to and from the room, to rides to and from places outside of the resort, to reservations, he was on point. The bartenders from the bar at the pool and Mr perfecto (one of the waiters at a few of the restaurants) were a whole vibe. I would come back just for those workers but that’s it. The room needed some improvements. We were there for 7 days and the fridge stopped working on the 2nd day and never got fixed. The jacuzzi tub didn’t hold water so you have to try to stop it up to use. The food was ok at best in the buffets. The food at all of the restaurants that you have to make reservations to were pretty good. I liked the events they had every night. I loved the fact that certain members can go into the level lounge and make their own drinks. We were level guests which is supposed to be vip but I expected more for vip. I expected better rooms and better treatment. Paying more for level wasn’t worth it but our stay was ok. I hated how much ppl tried to sell us stuff. I barely went to certain parts of the resort or the beach because people kept trying to sell us excursions, or jewelry, or souvenirs, or glasses, or memberships. I came on vacation to relax and was overwhelmed and harassed most of the trip.
