    Very nice the nature, the vibe, the view for this resort,the personal very nice and friendly. The room bigger and spacious. The food it's OK but it's not impressive for me

    Worst Experience.

    My recent stay at this property was profoundly disappointing, and I can say with confidence that I will not be returning. For a hotel of this stature, the lack of accessible food options was not only inconvenient but unacceptable. Basic dining availability should never feel like a scavenger hunt. Additionally, the amount of time wasted simply navigating from one section of the hotel to another was excessive and exhausting. A guest should not feel as though they’re trekking across a small continent just to access essential amenities. The layout and logistical planning felt poorly executed and inconsiderate of guests’ time. While I attempted to give the benefit of the doubt, the overall experience made it abundantly clear that this hotel prioritizes neither convenience nor guest satisfaction. I would strongly caution others to consider alternative accommodations.

    Bad experience ever

    This was a so bad experience, agents don’t know what they are doing and can’t help you at all, you have to ask for a manager all the time, and when asking for a manager they are looking at you like you are crazy, after a long trip, we had to stand for 50 minutes just to go to our room to rest a bit, we went to the room there was nothing to drink, not even water, decided to go eat, the person at the restaurant couldn’t give us a table because we had not reservations, and the reservation ends a 5pm, for a all inclusive that’s crazy, the only place to eat was the buffet which the line was so long, overall everything was bad in this place.

    Beautiful Grounds, but Even as LEVEL Guests, the Experience Was a Letdown The only positive part of our stay at Meliá Caribe was the 50-minute massage at the spa—fantastic service and truly relaxing. Unfortunately, everything else fell apart. Even as LEVEL guests, the service was rude, slow, or completely unresponsive. Basic requests took forever, if they happened at all. The food at every restaurant was poor quality and bland—not what you expect from an all-inclusive, especially at the LEVEL tier. The resort is huge, and our room was far from the beach and main amenities, making getting around more frustrating than enjoyable. Beautiful grounds can’t make up for bad food and poor service. We would not return or recommend this resort.
