    Amazing massage experience

    Amazing deep tissue massage experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the therapist was highly skilled. Perfect pressure, very professional, and incredibly effective. I walked in feeling tense and left completely refreshed and pain-free. Special thanks to Mackendy for helping us book - he was friendly, helpful, and made everything quick and easy. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend!

    BEST SPA EXPERIENCE EVER!

    Incredible spa and amazing treatment from masseuse Idalina. The best massage I’ve had to date. The whole experience was relaxing from the moment you enter with the aromatherapy scents to the relaxation areas along the hydro pools. If you stay at this hotel, you MUST give yourself a pamper experience you deserve. Unforgettable. Thank you team! I can’t forget to mention McKendy who sold me the package, who is the best polite, enthusiastic and charming salesman around. Thank you too!

    Ok, but I would no repeat

    The food is not very varied, the Wi-Fi drops out in half of the resort, the pool is dirtier than in other hotels in the area I have stayed at, and the service is much less attentive than at other Meliá hotels, for example in Mexico.

    Horrendous holiday and experience

    Whilst the resorts gardens etc are second to none. Our 2 weeks was totally spoilt by poor quality food that was for the majority of time was cold. They have acknowledged the failures that we complained about but both Tui and Melia have offered zero in the way of recompense. Our holidays are all about food experiences this failed badly. There is also the health risk involved here producing and presenting food at incorrect temperatures especially when in buffet style. Melia felt it was acceptable to give us a bottle of wine to resolve one issue of raw pizza being given to us. I pointed out that as an all inclusive resort we were already entitled to this so they had basically given us nothing. We will certainly never holiday with Melia or Tui again. Awful customer service. I think the holiday was doomed from the minute we stepped on our horrendous flight out there. They replaced our plane which was unable to accommodate 22 passengers as it was too small. All seating was economy so upgraded seats had to be refunded. Again no compensation just the cost of seat upgrade refunded. No Tui crew on board which we had been assured by email would be the case. The Spanish crew appeared to be just out of school with no expirence of how to handle the situation. Seating numbers allocated at check in didn't coincide with the plane so it ended in a free for all and resulting in verbal fights between families. My advise would be to never book a holiday with Tui or Melia. There are far better tour operators out there and holiday resorts.
