Our stay at Marival Distinct was wonderful. The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained, creating a peaceful and lush atmosphere throughout the resort. The beachfront is stunning, with plenty of lounge chairs and small daybeds, perfect for relaxing by the ocean. The mariachi evening was very enjoyable and festive, a great way to experience local culture in a warm and lively setting. We also really enjoyed the beach yoga with NRG2Go, a relaxing experience in an exceptional setting. To end the day perfectly, the sunset view from the INSU Bar is absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend the “Ocaca en el Cielo” mezcal cocktail at INSU — absolutely delicious. For lunch, the coconut aguachile at Mozzamare was outstanding and a must-try. A perfect place to unwind and fully enjoy the beauty of the resort.

Marival Distinct
Marival Distinct ìs an excellent boutique style resort. It has changed management in the past two years and unfortunately for 15 year members like my wife and I there have been many changes that have reduced the great experience of previous years. One thing that has not changed is the staff contribution to their visitor's enjoyment of the resort They are all excellent people but some shine brighter than their çonfrerès. Down at the beach you have Victor and Edgar who give excellent food and beverage service. Pancho, Jurgen and Faustino take cre of all your needs regading6 cabanas and loungers and especially shade. At Omaggio's restaurant you have Benancio, Maritza and Miguel in the morning and Francisco and Emmanuel in the evening who take care of all your culinary needs. I could go on and on about different staff who work very hard to make your stay at Marival Distinct a most enjoyable one but suffice it to say the staff are the ones who keep us coming back year after year. This is our sixteenth year coming to this resort and we enjoy it immensely!

Unforgettable experience, very clean and professional service!
We had an amazing experience at the Marival Distinct resort from December 10-17 2025. The service was amazing, particularly the Lemmon Grass restaurant. The servers especially Jesus always took good care of us by asking if we’re all doing ok, and providing exceptional service (our orders always on time without any issues). All the staff nearby the pool area by the Lemmon Grass restaurant were very helpful and friendly. We have no regrets and will definitely return to this resort in the future! We will make sure to recommend this resort to our family and friends :) Thank you again! From the Virdi family 😊

Family friendly resort
Our third year in a row and still amazing. The staff (Ivan (our home away from home) Cesar & Jesus from lemongrass, and Francisco from mozzamare) are incredible. Treat us like family, always attentive and joking and don't miss a beat. Food is amazing as always. Only thing i would say is every year the menu gets a little bit smaller but still way better than buffet. We recognize everyone for many years which tells us they are treated well by marival. Will most likely return. 2 bedroom suite with in suite laundry, nespresso every morning was a dream. Thank you distinct for another unforgettable Holiday.

We Love Distinct
My family and I had the most wonderful time. Specifically, spending time with Aaron and Maria in the lobby bar several nights of the week. The service was very respectful and fast, would definitely recommend!
