Marival's Rock Star
We have had nothing but positive experiences with Victor (server on beach) . When you think of Marival you think Victor. He is a fabulous server with an upbeat personality. Even on the hottest times of year I can not believe how he rushes orders out. We love to bring family and friends to this paradise. Everyone who meets Victor also loves Victor. We try our best to be in his section. Marival is what it is because of people like Victor. He makes you feel special. The only sad part is he works and can not join us. He is an outstanding server and good friend. Marival, please hang onto this treasure!! We Love Victor♡

Favorite
This hotel is among the best we've ever experienced, especially impressive given it was the busy season. The rooms were spacious and even included a washer and dryer—a fantastic perk! We upgraded during our stay and loved seeing the different room options. The food was excellent everywhere we went, and while the choices aren't vast, the quality more than compensates. The drinks were also amazing. We cannot wait to return!

Wonderful staff! Extremely nice people!
We visited from the US and ran into the nicest man. Fidel Padilla-Prevention. He was awesome! Gave us information about Puerto Vallarta and the beautiful resort. I would also like to give a special thanks to Melissa in room service she was wonderful to us! Thank you very much! Our vacation was wonderful!

Always enjoy. Victor by the pool is great addition! Very friendly. As always top notch service,food and drink. Always love the large rooms which are always very clean and stocked.
