    Absolutely delicious

    Daniel and our hostess was a please to deal with. Food/ pizza was absolutely delicious! Got the bbq chicken pizza a few days ago and today we got the margarita pizza with added ham, meatballs, sausage, olives and mushroom. Could not have been better! I highly recommend that one! Daniel was also very friendly and filled us in on the local attractions and other interesting things. Such a nice guy! Also, my favorite thing we got in the Bahamas! Thanks again!

    Great experience

    Everything was really great. Daniel was a great waiter at Frank and Lola’s. The pizza was fantastic! We had a day pass here and I would absolutely recommend it.

    Absolute disaster. Do not come here.

    I’m here now (10/17-10/22/26. I do not recommend. It’s a terrible experience. We arrived Saturday and were sent to a dirty room. We called the front desk to let them know and do they simply send us to a different room? No. We had to get our things together and go back to the lobby. Eventually they sent us to a room that was clean. However, the ice maker didn’t work which meant we had to go down to the lobby each time to get some Ice. The coffee maker didn’t work. We just discovered today (10/19) that the in room dryer doesn’t work, so we now have a pile of wet clothes. We ate at Frank and Lola’s pizzeria and my wife found a piece Of plastic in her salad, the hard way, when she almost swallowed it. The pool on our side of the resort is closed. No one knows when it will open. One of the other pools is supposed to be a 24 hour pool but when we went on 10/20, at 8pm, it was closed. No one knows why. “We’ll look into it”. We’ve spoken with two managers and am not getting any help. We were told by Miguel that he would email us with a resolution and he hasn’t. He’s now off for the next 3 days. This is a nightmare
