    Beach front chairs and umbrellas comfortable and readily available

    The rooms are tight but well appointed with quiet ceiling fan, nice lighting and decor as well as spacious balcony, but only one comfortable Adirondack chair out there. Great view from 6th floor but can’t catch the sunset without leaving the room. Quiet hallways, large bath towels, beautiful infinity pool though a bit cold. Hottub kept at a decent temperature, maybe 101-102 degrees. Can’t speak as to the food beyond the cafe near the lobby with surprisingly good coffee, decent muffins and so so bagels. Great fruit cup though! Zero entertainment and lame happy hour (2 for 1 margaritas and absolutely nothing else). $10 beers not making me a fan of the bar scene. The SOS bar wasn’t even open once in our 3 day visit, WTH. There’s an empty building blocking an otherwise beautiful ocean view. Was told a restaurant never materialized. The pigeons and seagulls love the roof. Eyesore, yes. Cruise daypassers come and go. Everything closes once 4pm hits. Plenty of taxis helps. Go visit Atlantis when the ghost town begins. Don’t think will stay here again

    Best Family Vacation!

    We cannot say enough good things about this resort. We planned this family Vacation of 10 in 2024 and selected this location for Amenities and Suite Options. We booked the Presidentail Suite in One Particular Harbor, so we could spend time together as a family. Unfortunately the Suite had some issues when we arrived and they could not allow us to Use. With that in mind, Dorian and Tito placed us in 3 Suites that were absolutely wonderful. We were so fortunate to also have 2 room navigators and personal assistants Yuri and William, whom met and exceded our expectations. They planned all of our Transportation, Reservations and Golf and made sure fun was had by all. We did eat in and near the resort and had some wonderful meals but the best being JWB Steakhouse. We hope to return again one day!

    Lakiesha and Kensly are the best!!!

    My family and I are staying at the Margaritaville, From the second we walked in to the second we left the service and stay were beyond perfection But the stars of the show was our beach Attendants Lakiesha and Kensly, Lakiesha is probably one of the most amazing,kindest and genuine Humans I have ever met. Her energy and smile are infectious she made sure we were constantly taking care of and as comfortable as could be not even letting us lift a finger.Kensly was absolutely incredible He took care of us completely made sure my 72-year-old mother was always taken care of, He made sure to come and chat with us and make sure we're okay and I had some of the best conversations with him and He was so informative with his knowledge just an absolute awesome person! Make sure to ask for them when you visit and I promise you will have the best experience!We love this place it was absolutely beautiful and cannot wait to come back and I hope I get to see them again.

    It was a great fantastic stay!

    This hotel is amazing, clean and very friendly staff. My husband and I spent one night but the experience was everything. The staff from the bellman to the beach staff were all welcoming and pleasant. The spa was top notch. The room omg breathtaking, the overall cleanliness of the resort, the water park. Everything was amazing. The staff and food at the volt bar 10/10 Avard, Clonitva and the female bartender can’t remember her name were all great warm welcome, engaging so courteous and eager to assist. I will definitely be back very soon and spend a few more days. Also Antoine the bellman and Mr Christie the hotel manager were awesome. Great job to your team.

    Margarittaville beach resort

    Had a really amazing and memorable time here. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The pool and water park was also beautiful. This resort is much much smaller compared to Baha Mar and Atlantis. It’s nice and quiet. We had a lovely stay. We booked a two bedroom suite for the family and was probably one of the nicest hotel stays we have ever had. The room was massive. There is limited or no night life here (which was fine with us) but no shortage of bars. I think because the hotel is so small, and caters mostly to families, that might be why? anyway, we had a great time and would highly recommend!!
