    Memorable and Amazing!

    Our experience at Margaritaville Resort was amazing!! The service we had with "Ian" at Vacation Cafe was great. Ian was attentive and courteous. We will definitely be returning.

    Great hotel great location

    Such an amazing location walking distance to everywhere downtown Nassau and the fish fry. Accessibility to boat tours and the extra entertainment of watching the cruise liners come in and out. Check in and check out was very easy with the supervisory team very pleasant but the younger front desk and shop staff needing some extra customer service skill training. Friendly concierge, bar, restaurant, pool and cleaning staff. The amenities and grounds were impeccably tidy, well maintained and pools/ waterpark were excellent. Food and drinks were ok but the range of available food at this time of year was limited. This was an issue as the tow closed down by 6pm and you are limited in where to eat and drink. The rooms were amazing, so clean, modern and spacious and water views were perfect. Lovely touches of water bottles every day and some added extras joining the perks club! We all had a fantastic holiday and will come back again.

    Was really cool really fun the drinks were refreshing would so totally come back

    Ian provided outstanding service throughout my visit. He was attentive, polite, and always made sure everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived, Ian greeted us with a warm smile and positive energy. He checked on us regularly without being intrusive and handled every request quickly and professionally. His knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot on, and he truly made the experience enjoyable. Ian’s attitude showed genuine care for guests, which made the atmosphere even better. Because of his excellent service, I would happily return and highly recommend this place to others. He is truly a valuable asset.

    Service was excellent. Meal recommended did not disappoint. Awesome experience. Will definitley return. Had a great time.
