Manchebo Beach Resort is a tropical oasis on the most gorgeous in all Aruba. It is a small privately owned boutique hotel. If your goal is to simply relax in a tropical paradise, this is the place for you. If you want to meet and mingle and party this is not the place. If I could describe Manchebo in on word it would be Serene. No trouble at all finding lounge chairs under a palapa. Everyone is quiet and respectful on Manchebo Beach. Locals visit also and they appreciate the peace here too. Bar service from Pega Pega Beach Bar by simply raising your flag. The restaurants on property are all excellent. No need to leave if you don’t want to. There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance, or the Bell-staff will call you a cab. The rooms are spacious and updated. All include a balcony or patio. If you’re looking for glamour you might be disappointed. Sitting at the beach or pool is why you come here.

Eagle Beach excellence
Our trip to Manchebo exceeded our expectations in almost every way. The facilities and location were excellent. The service level far exceeded our expectations. Food quality and rooms were very good. But Manchebo stands out because of her people. The staff were friendly but professional. They anticipated and met needs. They truly seemed to enjoy their work. We already look forward to returning next year!

Worth the hype.
Our stay at Manchebo Beach Resort exceeded our expectations. Every detail is setup to create an experience that is relaxing yet fun, professional yet personable, and beautiful yet usable. The people (and the training they must receive) are top notch. We are sure to return.

⭐️ Overall Rating: 3.5 / 5 We stayed here for 5 nights and would describe this as a location-first property. I would return, but with lower expectations. We booked this trip in November and paid over $800 per night, fully aware we were overpaying due to supply and demand. We were okay with that going in. It’s important to know that you are paying for the beautiful beach and location — not the hotel itself. There is an all inclusive option, but we did not opt for it. We also knew ahead of time that we would need to switch rooms mid-stay, as the hotel didn’t have our original room type available for the full length of our dates. That part was expected. ✅ Pros • Small, quiet hotel, which we really appreciated • Very short walk to the beach — about 2 minutes from the room • Stunning beach and water, easily the highlight of the stay • Exceptionally kind staff. Everyone was polite, friendly, and helpful • Beautiful, well-maintained grounds with cacti, flowers, and greenery • Great location with a convenience store, coffee shop, and strip of restaurants right outside the hotel • Nice touch: they provide a cooler you can borrow ⚠️ Cons • Rooms are small and dated • Furniture and linens are very tired and could use updating • Rooms were clean, but not as clean as expected for the price • Our second room was a garden view, and while the room change itself was expected, this particular room had a noticeable mildew smell and spots on the ceiling, clearly from a past moisture issue. It didn’t appear to be active mold, but bathing suits and towels never fully dried and stayed damp. We were only in this room for two nights, so we didn’t complain, but if this were a honeymoon or longer stay, it would have been very disappointing. • Very limited amenities for the price They offer yoga/Pilates, but at this rate it would be nice if they also offered: • Snorkel gear rentals • A shuttle • Beach bags to borrow Overall, it felt like more should be included given the nightly cost. Final Thoughts This hotel is a good fit if your priority is a quiet stay on a gorgeous beach and you understand that the accommodations themselves are not luxury. With realistic expectations, we’d consider returning.

Great location for a quiet vacation.
- AdvisoryNon-Smoking Policy: Manchebo's clean air policy does not allow smoking in any of the guest rooms. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies with patio/balcony doors closed. Guests will be charged a cleaning fine in case of non-adherence to this policy.
