    Vest Vacation Yet

    This was an excellent experience. Everyone was so inviting and informative as well. We will definitely return. Our Butler Arling was fantastic and took care of any issues that arose. We stayed 7 days and I could've stayed longer! We are repeat vacationers and will be back again!

    Bulldozers & Heavy Machineries half way through our holiday!

    What would have been the perfect holiday with family and friends was ruined by the last five days of bulldozers and heavy duty machineries! We are still wondering why this "five star" luxury resort decided to schedule the works to be done whilst holiday makers were still present and dampen their stay? Why did they not have a clause and advised unsuspecting bookers at the time? Why did they not inform us at the resort on arrival too until we asked what was going on? This would have been a good review as the staff who looked after us were all lovely and left an impact, but instead, we are left with resentment and regret of what would have been an amazing holiday of a lifetime, one we have been looking forward to for many months. and of course saved up for, it wasn't a cheap holiday - but of course whatever we paid did not matter to his hotel as they didn't care how we felt having all these work done while we were in the vicinity with our families. You can have the 25 minute massage per person to yourselves, what a disgrace to treat guests who came there trusting your reputation! Management should all be ashamed of themselves to have done this!

    Fantastic Employee

    Wanda Lisa at the Sea Side bar was the best. Always greeted us with a smile and remembered our names. Always seated us with a waterfront table. She definitely made the Sea Side restaurant a positive experience. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone who walked into the restaurant felt welcome.

    Another great visit to the Majestic

    We had an absolutely fabulous time during our third trip to the Majestic! As always the grounds and restaurants were amazing. Our butler (friend) De León was wonderful and took such great care of us. All of the staff at the Majestic do a wonderful job. We are planning to return in December.

    Very Enjoyable Stays!

    Thes reviews are a little late, but still worth the time. We had been to the Majestic Elegance 4 times because we enjoyed that resort immensely. In December of 2022 we decided to try the newest resort, the Majestic Mirage. We also wanted to reconnect with our favorite butler, Junior, who had moved over from the Elegance to the Mirage. We were not disappointed. The resort is beautiful, a little more modern, the food was just as good and the service was excellent as usual. Junior is the truly the best and one of the reasons we booked at the Mirage this time. He is the ultimate professional, kind and considerate and he makes you feel like you are family. We were so glad to be in his presence again. We would also like to mention Juan Bernardo at the pool who made us feel welcome and special every time we enjoyed lounging there. The people at these resorts are truly a joy. They do an amazing job. The resort was clean, there was music in the lobby every night, the coffee bar/cafe was fabulous, and the area down by the beach bar at night was really enjoyable with the ocean breeze. We were so pleased we are going back again in 2023 for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We will continue to vacation at the Majestic as it is one of our favorite places. 11/29-12/9, 2023 – This was our 6th time to the Majestic Resorts, our 2nd time to the Majestic Mirage in particular. We will be back again this November 2024. We love this resort. Starting with the cappuccinos at the coffee bar in the am (thank you Anilisa) all the way through to the music and entertainment at night, each day there is so enjoyable. The beach and water are beautiful, the resort is beautiful, and the staff is great. We prefer the restaurants over the buffet as they are very good. William, the Sommelier, is fabulous. He went out of his way to make our dinners very special. Our tables were decorated more than once for our anniversary as well as our room (thank you to our maid, Alejandrina). Thank you as well to Nelson (at the beach) and Jose (in the restaurants) who kept the drinks coming. Our most special thank you is to our Butler, Junior, as we are confident that he is responsible for all the special attention. Junior is an amazing person and a fabulous Butler. We have had him as our Butler many times and we will continue to request him. Our trips would simply not be the same without him. Elena, the GM, was lovely and she should be very proud of her staff. She runs a great resort. See you again in November!
