Majestic Resorts has recently improved our kids club which is called the Splash Kids Club and offers a wide variety of entertainment for kids. Our highly trained staff will take care of the small ones needs, making this a special and unforgettable vacation.
Located on beautiful grounds with its own pools including one with slides, sport games, Nintendo’s, mini disco and TV programs are just some of the activities the young will enjoy.

Second time going as a Travel Agent and my second time I brought 14 people with me! Alejandro was our butler and he was amazing! Animation team, especially Vladimir, was outstanding! Jacqueline in the theater bar was also another highlight for our group! Several complaints for the adult pool is to have more entertainment besides one foam party. keep the pool area where Juan Bernardo is the quiet pool and the other could be the livelier pool. Heard this a lot from people! Also more dancing and DJ nightly in the plaza area. The nightclub opens really late and our college kids had more fun at the white patty than the nightclub.

Amazing experience
5 - amazing experience. We loved the staff - our butler Wilber was awesome very accommodating and helpful. Food and entertainment was great. We could not be happier. We are already planning another trip and plan on requesting Wilber as our butler for that trip.

Best vacation I’ve ever experienced!
Wilber is the best! Absolutely fantastic experience. He made everything go smoothly and made our stay as good as possible. The resort was beautiful and very clean.

This is my 2nd time to Majestic Mirage. Sixth and final time to the Mirage Resorts. My room smells like raw nasty sewage. I feel like I am breathing in everyone's crap. I have asked them now 3 days in a row to fix it. I went 3 times today to have it addressed, butler had them come this morning. It smelled better for a few hours and then when we came back from the beach it was back. Went to the desk, and they said they would expedite the problem. No one must have come and done anything while at dinner because it still stink and stronger. Now this late evening we called front desk and after a discussion, he stated he needed to put me on hold. He hung up on me after a few minutes. This is unacceptable. I have loved this resort in the past. But them not resolving this issues is unacceptable.
