Majestic Resorts has recently improved our kids club which is called the Splash Kids Club and offers a wide variety of entertainment for kids. Our highly trained staff will take care of the small ones needs, making this a special and unforgettable vacation.

Dec 29, 2025Amazing Family Christmas 2025 Vacation
The location, atmosphere, rooms were amazing. We had a swim up in the adults only section and it was beautiful as well as our own butler. The room was so spacious and the swim up was perfect. We had a huge patio with an outdoor jacuzzi along with a very comfortable cover lounge bed as well as two separate loungers if we wanted to be in the sun. The staff were so friendly and the food options were great. Lots to choose from for everyone. Highly recommend the Japanese, steak and Italian restaurant. Our Butler Rosario was the sweetest. Anything we wanted, he would get for us. He checked on us everyday, multiple times a day. He was so good to us. The decorations the resort had on display for Christmas were absolutely gorgeous. Best I’ve seen on any resort. We have been to three Majestic colonial multiple times when the kids were younger, we’ve also been to Majestic elegance, but now that the kids are adult adults we decided to try a majestic mirage. It was an amazing family vacation, and I would definitely recommend it.

Family reunion - renewal of vows
Spent a week at Majestic Mirage and we had a fantastic time!! Would definitely go back again. The butler service is phenomenal- ours was a young lad by the name of Sanyel Montero who catered to our daily needs in a quickly timely manner. And on the odd day when he didn’t hear from us - he would text to make sure we were okay. Sanyel is a credit to the resort and made our stay exceptionally pleasant.

Grade of A+ for the resort and staff
I ended up in a SkyView Suite and it was aptly named. You could not see anything but the sky! The main area of the suite was smaller because of the second level. The layout was different from a normal suite, narrow and things like the bathroom area were awkwardly placed right by the main and only door. Felt less private. The bed, as always was extremely comfortable. I did not enjoy the channel selections on the TV as I am NOT from the United States, and the shows I did end up watching were quite dated - 2007,2008, and so on. My balcony overlooked the pool, pool bar and some of the beach, with a direct line of sight to the Seaside Restaurant. It could get extremely noisy in the afternoon as the atmosphere changed. Not great if you are trying to get in an afternoon siesta! Instead of resting, I sat on the balcony and played games on my tablet, got caught up on the world via social media. In the evening I would head out to my favourite restaurants. In particular Don Jaume - the steakhouse. You have a choice of eating under the stars or indoors. I most often ate outside - al fresco. My other favourite is La Rinascita - Italian. Beware, after being in a nice warm space, this restaurant can feel a little chilly. They have a tower of food for their Antipasta. I did not indulge, but check it out. Also an important note for these restaurants - men MUST wear long pants and closed toe shoes. Women can not show too much bare skin. The food in both is DELICIOUS!!! For a more formal evening, have your butler book you into L'Essence the french restaurant. The decor is pleasing on the eye, and they have someone playing the piano after 7pm. Food is exquisite! Women should take care to dress appropriately for such a venue. I saw long dresses, beautiful outfits that would not be out of place at any high-end restaurant in London, Paris or New York. Men, once again please note that long pants and closed toe shoes are required. I also had breakfast one morning at the Italian restaurant. This is available to anyone staying in the Adults Only section. Cleanliness they say is next to Godliness and this resort was CLEAN! From cleaning the beach in the morning, to constant attention to the public spaces - including the bathrooms - sweeping up crumbs and stuff off the floor in the Seaside restaurant. Workers trimming back plantings, cleaning the pools. The list just goes on and on. Mornings were a bright spot in my day which I did most mornings with an freshly-made omelet at the Seaside Restaurant. The atmosphere was peaceful (especially at 8am) and there was never a lack of coffee to be had. The same for lunch. Excellent staff ensuring an enjoyable meal. I would recommend this resort to honeymooners, first time travelers, solo travelers, those with children, anyone who wants to live like royalty for a few days. It can be expensive for those on a restricted budget, but well worth it.

Wonderful experience!
We had a wonderful time at the resort and really enjoyed the Sea Food restaurant! The food was great and the service is amazing. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Our server Felipe and the manager Mr. J. Roché were so kind and wonderful. Would highly recommend. Gracias!
