Majestic Resorts has recently improved our kids club which is called the Splash Kids Club and offers a wide variety of entertainment for kids. Our highly trained staff will take care of the small ones needs, making this a special and unforgettable vacation.
Located on beautiful grounds with its own pools including one with slides, sport games, Nintendo’s, mini disco and TV programs are just some of the activities the young will enjoy.

We arrived back from a memorable five day stay at Majestic Mirage last Saturday! We have been to this beautiful resort several times and we are always amazed at the grounds, rooms and overall contentment we feel after our vacations there . This visit we reacquainted ourselves with a butler from a previous trip, BOLIVAR MADRIGAL, and what a pleasure it was to experience his level of service again! He goes the extra mile to make his clients feel special and welcome. We enjoyed hearing about his family and sharing news about ours, as well. He made time to meet up with us every day of stay. Although we required very little assistance, since we were repeat guests, he did not take that for granted and made sure we were having the best MM experience. We are convinced that the MM experience is based on the relationships formed with staff members! Of course the beauty of the resort is also important. But being greeted by big smiles of staff who recognize you from previous days and prior trips can certainly make your days very special.

Drink always on point.
Amazing experience! Grab drinks from Carlos Luna at the Lobby bar—the only one with stairs! Carlos is a joy to talk to and makes incredible drinks. The resort was very nice, most of the staff were quite nice, courteous, and attentive. The rooms were very large and clean. Drinks were mostly good, but varied in quality between bartenders - so if you find a good one, make sure you remember them. Food was pretty good - some was really good, and some was just ok. Our butler Francisco was very attentive and did a very good job making sure we had everything we needed. Made sure to tip 1-2$ for drinks, and same for food, unless it was dinner, which we tipped ~5$ each time. Entertainment was pretty fun here as well. Overall enjoyed our experience here!

Another week in paradise
Having another great time at the wonderful Majestic Mirage. Facilities and the food are great. Our butler Francisco is just wonderful. He made up our room and my daughter's room for their respective birthdays. He seems to find us every day and makes sure we're okay as well as take care of any of our requests.

Apr 28, 2025Poor Customer Service at Front Desk
We are repeat customers of Majestic Properties but this will be our last time staying with them. Staff and food were great as usual however our room did not meet our expectations of Majestic. We were placed next to the loading bay behind the late night entertainment center. Our children were kept up late with the nearby loud music and then the large delivery trucks would show up a few hours later at 6am everyday. When we informed the front desk, they were not willing to help with the situation. We asked if another room became available to transfer us, and they never attempted to reach back out to us again even after multiple attempts on our part. It a shame they treat repeat customers like that. I reached out to customer service after our trip and before I wrote this review. Still haven't heard back from them. The Majestic brand has gone downhill since we started staying with them and there’s no evidence that they are trying to improve.
