Majestic Resorts has recently improved our kids club which is called the Splash Kids Club and offers a wide variety of entertainment for kids. Our highly trained staff will take care of the small ones needs, making this a special and unforgettable vacation.
Located on beautiful grounds with its own pools including one with slides, sport games, Nintendo’s, mini disco and TV programs are just some of the activities the young will enjoy.

PERFECT in every way! Beautiful well kept grounds/landscaping. Not a huge property so it is easy to navigate. The check in/out process is done in efficient timely manner. The food was excellent and the drinks/bartenders were great. This is our 4th time at this resort and will definitely be back next year. No problem with the room and had a great location (bldg 5). Sad that we are now looking at 2 1/2 feet of snow............................

Excellent
Angelo did a Great job as our butler. The place was clean. The bathrooms were cleaned often. The staff did a Great job also. Bars and towel guys did Great. We didn’t have much to complain about at all.

L Essence was fantastic! I had the cream pea soup and shrimp and the Carmel mousse. Jeremiah and Marsala were excellent wait staff.

The staff are the saving grace of this resort. The grounds, the pool, the furnishings are all in need of a refresh. Broken Bali beds, sunken furniture, broken pool lights, extensive amount of missing pool tiles. Stained cushions and cigarette burns in the pool furniture. The restaurants are delicious, the steakhouse, Italian and French were fabulous. The seaside restaurant for lunch we found to have flies all over the food inside the glassed section. The club lounges were clean and friendly staffed. The food sat too long before change over, most things were hard or stale. The fridge of drinks was nice bonus to be able to grab a cold drink at any time. The beach bbq has great burgers, chicken and pork. The beach was very clean with lots of chairs for everyone. The cafe was excellent, with a variety of yummy treats. Do try the martini bar, amazing service with a smile and a laugh. It’s busy though with only one bartender. The steakhouse bar, is like a secret spot and they serve top notch! The seaside bar is super quiet at night, some nights no one was there. The evening entertainment gives 100% effort. The beach party was a fun time with great music and dancing. The courtyard and nightly entertainment was relaxing and enjoyable. The buffet restaurant is good for all meals, exceptional selection, variety and amounts available. The mirage was a quieter/slower paced resort, which we appreciated. If you’re looking for a party place this isn’t it. The family section has activities and music but it’s really only outside buildings 1&2 in their pool area. Building 3&4 get morning sun and early afternoon sun. Buildings 5,6&7 get afternoon sun (1pm to 6pm). If you book a swim out room be sure to ask for interior! Room service is okay, you always get more than you asked for. Cleaning staff and mini bar are great, we were always stocked up and had fresh linens/towels. Take bug repellents, we had many bites from being out in the evenings. Lots of shops to choose from and a sports bar to watch your favourite game. Butler service is 100% worth it, ours saved our stay.

Majestic Mirage Back Again
This was our 2nd time at the Majestic Mirage. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this resort. The rooms were spacious with large balcony. Food, pool, beach, bars and restaurants were very good. Junior our butler was outstanding. Junior greeted us daily and the evening with a warm smile. He managed our golf and restaurant bookings. He also helped us with all of our inquiries giving us excellent advice. We plan to return and will request that Junior is our butler.
