Majestic Resorts has recently improved our kids club which is called the Splash Kids Club and offers a wide variety of entertainment for kids. Our highly trained staff will take care of the small ones needs, making this a special and unforgettable vacation.
Located on beautiful grounds with its own pools including one with slides, sport games, Nintendo’s, mini disco and TV programs are just some of the activities the young will enjoy.

Nov 18, 2025Majestic Mirage. Exactly what we were looking for!
My husband and I stayed at Majestic Mirage celebrating my birthday and 50th anniversary. We have never had a butler before and we were a little bit nervous about it. Our butler was Junior and he made our stay perfect. He was there to show us around, make our reservations, help us with issues and just to say hi. He became our friend. He decorated our room for our anniversary. He made our vacation very enjoyable. Our room was huge and beautiful. We did have an issue with our fuse box and had to reset it at least once a day for power. They tried to fix it several times but couldn't. It was only a minor inconvenience. The buffet was what you would expect for an AI but overall we could always find something good. The resteraunts were all fantastic. The Steakhouse and Habachi were our favorites. The tenderloin and Ribeye were what we would expect in a fine steakhouse at home. For breakfast we ate at the Italian. It was fantastic. The service throughout the Mirage was over the top. Our favorite was Christian who served in the resteraunts and was in butler training. From our butler to all the bartenders, waiters, entertainers and all the rest , I give them a 20 out of 10. The beach was fantastic. No seaweed at all for the 9 days we were there. Was worried about not having a large main pool but I would take the long lazy rivers any day. We will return and recommend The Mirage to everyone looking for a fun, relaxing vacation!

This very my first time in Punta Cana and it was amazing, our butler, Mayquel was amazing.
Location, Atmosphere, Rooms, Cleanliness Amenities and Staff was amazing, there wasn’t a single mention , we were disappointed.

Steakhouse is exceptional. Seaside is a great spot form breakfast/lunch or dinner. Overall - staff are always looking to make your stay an enjoyable one. When in doubt, ask and you shall receive.

Third Trip to the Mirage
This trip was great, out third time at this resort. Arturo our Butler was fantastic! He went above and beyond to make my wife's and daughter's birthday very special. Noemi Nunez the hostess at the Italian restaurant also went above and beyond for my wife's birthday dinner. Tehani Caro at the martini bar is great and always friendly, one of our favorite staff members. Daysi at the swim up was outstanding and always very sweet and sincere. Jaun Bernardo, what can I say about this guy that hasn't already been said in other reviews. This man went way above and beyond for my whole family our entire week. I would also like to praise the entire entertainment team from Roberto, Pedro, David, Veronica and Bear this team works hard all day long! The staff is the main reason that we are repeat customers and will continue to come back to the Mirage. My only grip is when it comes to food. I feel that being in a Spanish country, they should have a Spanish restaurant. I know they have Dominican night once a week at the buffet, but a dedicated restaurant is needed.
