10/10 Stay at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres
I hardly ever write reviews of things, let alone trips I take, but my stay Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres warrants one. My husband and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the resort. Every staff member we encountered wished us either a good day or a friendly hello. We opted for a "member" experience so we had an upgraded check in experience that was fantastic, an amazing butler (Leo!!) and a beautiful and very spacious swim-up room. The resort is spotlessly clean, the pools and beach were uncrowded, and the food was 10/10. If you are considering Majestic Elegance for your stay in Costa Mujeres, let this review be the thing that convinces you; you will not regret it, I promise. I can't wait to go back!

Relaxing and food allergy friendly experience
First time here and it was amazing! I have a lot of serious food allergies and celiac disease and kept seeing great reviews about this hotel being able to take good care of you. They did not disappoint! First of all, it’s a beautiful resort, not very big but perfect for a family trip with young kids which was our case. Also super nice for couples and there were a few weddings while we were there, beautiful! It’s nice, clean, and all of the staff are so nice and warm. I have to shout out to Joy and Sebastian, the two food concierges I dealt with and who prepared all of my meals safely for me. I ate better here than I do at restaurants back home where they often will say they cannot serve me or make guarantees. It was such a freeing feeling to not have to cook on vacation and to know that I would be safe and not deal with any health emergencies. Joy and Sebastian were incredibly knowledgeable about food allergies and celiac disease, cross-contamination and ingredients. I can’t thank them enough. I also want to shout out to Silvia who came to speak with us and our son every day at the pool. She was so warm and friendly and always made sure we knew the activities of the day. Also chef Ivan, and to Fernando and Fredi, Domingo, and truthfully so many others who just went out of their way to be so kind and welcoming. It was the first time I was able to go to an all-inclusive and it will not be our last at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres.

Pool time reviwe
Andrew was the best, we had a great time at the pool. I 10/10 recommend him. We had a great time. If you come to majestic elegance costa mujeres, you have to ask for him
