  Not as expected

  The resort itself is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. Unfortunately we paid $410 extra to upgrade to club level at check-in but the room given to us was dirty: trash not taken out, a used beach bag, dirty, crumpled, and stained comforter, used bathroom/shower amenities. One of the double sinks had mold collecting on the base and the other one had a leak. Our club level valet never passed by until we called three times the following day. The hot tub and outdoor lights were also out of order and we had to call for them to be serviced. The morning room service previously scheduled for 9am via valet didn’t arrive and we had to place the order ourselves with the kitchen and had it delivered at 11am (the earliest they could accommodate us). We scheduled housekeeping for 11am every morning: they would either never show up or show up at 9am claiming no such arrangement for us had been made. At night we found a small cockroach next to the bed, the following afternoon, there was a large live one on the bathroom sink which I myself had to kill and then pest control who had allegedly fumigated came and removed the insect. The second to last night we were there, there was a party next to or above us who threw trash in our balcony. The food was ok: buffets are their forte. The steakhouse was great. The Japanese cuisine was disappointing as we found some of the food either too salty or too bland. No one ever explained the club level lounge access to us or gave us much explanation of the hotel. We were comped a free hydrotherapy session for the mess we found on day 1 but then were being charged for it upon check-out. Total disappointment. Another issue were the actual trash bins: they are way too small (for about 1 bathroom visit) and only two tiny ones in the entire suite. Very hard to not make a mess or keep the rooms tidy. Good experience overall, but way too many calls to either room service, maintenance, and housekeeping for it being a club level suite.

  Underwhelming experience

  Me and my fam went to this “luxury” beach resort that opened in 2019, figuring it’d be super nice since it was barely used during Covid. Man, were we wrong! This place was a hot mess and nothing like the fancy vibe they hyped up. Right off the bat, the hotel looked old and beat-up, like it’s been around for decades, not a few years. The materials were cheap as heck—no marble or anything classy, just stuff that already looked worn out. The whole design was a bummer too. It’s a beach resort, but barely faces the ocean? What a waste! The staff was okay, I guess, but you could tell most were temps. When something went wrong (and it did, a lot), they just played the blame game instead of fixing things. Super annoying. And don’t get me started on the dress code for the restaurants—way too strict for a beach vibe! Like, chill, we’re on vacation! The food? Meh, below average. Nothing special, and def not worth the price. Plus, the resort is in the middle of nowhere. Cell service was so bad we were basically cut off from the world. Not great for a family trip when you’re trying to keep kids entertained or even just check emails. Overall, this place was a huge letdown. It’s like they had a shot to make something awesome and totally blew it. Save your cash and skip this one—trust me, you won’t miss out

  Amazing resort

  Excellent week! Great entertainment! Cowboy, Eduardo and Dominic from the entertainment team were very fun! The white party and Mexican wrestling nights were super fun! Love the MJ show!! The food at every restaurant was delicious and drinks were amazing! Ronaldo at the infinity bar was great! Beautiful resort! Awesome hydrotherapy session! We will definitely be back!

  Awesome stay!!!

  Awesome experience! Staff is incredible, food was great, fun for everyone!! Wrestling, Michael Jackson, queen were all fun. Dancing and singing at night.
