Just stayed at this beautiful resort for five nights and have nothing but good to say about the resort! Arenas was our Butler and he was fantastic! So many little extras in our room and would always seek us out at the resort. Acknowledged our anniversary, our second trip there and was always so friendly to greet us. Our dinner at the Japanese restaurant was amazing and the chef, Alvaro was such a showman and made our dinner so much fun, not to mention how delicious everything was! The sweet woman that assisted him with serving all our extras was so friendly and pleasant to talk with. We are coming back in October for a sister’s trip and can’t wait!!

Book it! Don’t hesitate
Great trip. The food was amazing with lots of different choices. The beach was very nice and the entertainment staff at the entire resort were very fun and really broke up the days. They were engaged but never pushy. Just the right amount to keep you entertained even without being involved. Eduardo. The Italian and the steak house were very very good.

Majestic Elegance Resort a must! 5⭐️
I had never been to Cancun. The Resort was beautiful and the staff was amazing. The Entertainment Crew, specifically Jackie, Faustino, and Jaime were awesome! I would definitely go there again. The Resort was clean and the food was so good! The Restaurant staff was always pleasant and accommodating. Everyone was so nice and we saw a few weddings and talked to a bride and Mom who said they made it easy to plan the perfect wedding.

Best vacation!
Oliver Sergio Misael and Felipe were the absolute best! They made my stay so memorable. So much fun and they were there for me for whatever I needed. The property was so nice and clean! Entertainment every night great drinks and great food also!
