Our time at Majestic Colonial was lovely. Beautiful resort and excellent service with so many options. Our butler Agapito was wonderful! We would definitely return.

10/10 Resort
This was my third time back at Majestic and once again the service was excellent. The food and drinks were amazing and our butler Marcelo ensured we had everything we needed through our stay.

I hadn’t been to the Majestic in 20 years. I was there around the time it first opened in 2006. My now bride to be, saw the pictures and immediately knew we had to get married here. We ended up having 22 people come and celebrate our special day with us. Three folks at the resort, really stood out and provided amazing customer service. The first was Antonio when we arrived. He remembered us the entire 7 days and would assist us whenever we needed him. So friendly and happy to help. The 2nd was Bethiane, our wedding planner. She was fabulous and helped make our wedding day extra special. The 3rd was Luz, she was amazing at stepping in and wad extremely helpful after our Butler Willnier dropped the ball on everything and yes everything. Thank you again Luz!!!! The Butler (Willlnier) service here was a joke!!! Getting reservations for restaurants we wanted on days we wanted didn’t happen. Simple requests like Coke Zero and Sprite in the fridge didn’t happen except on the 2 days I was in the room when beverage service stopped bye. They too were wonderful. Last sad part was my new wife and one of our friends 11 year old son ended up testing positive for ecoli. He is now in the hospital and will have to stay a few days for treatment. In the end. We are grateful that our Wedding Day was amazing and the memories shared with our friends and family will last a lifetime time. @Majestic the group consensus, no one in our group will never stay at your resort ever again.

Fun, relaxing family vacation.
Great place. Very friendly, hard-working people, clean property, rooms maybe are ready for some remodeling but who spends that much time there anyway. The food was excellent , drinks good, even shows were fine ( Michael Jackson show especially) . Beach is beautiful. Seaweed is ruining it a bit, but they are trying hard to clean it. We had 2 days, almost no seaweed, but there were 2 days when you couldn't even get into the water. Pools are great, fun pool, quiet pool, something for everyone. Tenis courts are available. Casino was surprisingly not bad. They are trying hard to please everyone. And "I love my job " guy was fun!

Truely Majestic
Amazing trip, really hated to leave. I would 10 out of 10 recommend! Every detail was awesome! We ate at all but one of the restaurants. The food was amazing. The breakfast buffets were fabulous. The staff was outstanding in all areas. Treat yourself!
