    Wonderful Experience!

    We spent a week here Feb 6th--15th, with my mom and her friend. We stayed on the Club side. We had an amazing time! Our rooms were lovely, the food, service and entertainment were excellent! My mom got up at 6-6:30am each day to snag a bali bed by the pool, this would be our only negative regarding our trip. We had a fantastic butler "Samuel" and if we get the chance to return we will request him again! He was helpful, considerate, friendly and attentive. ❤️ The entertainment staff were great! We had the most fun with "Diamond" always greeted with high fives and hugs❤️ The pool attendant "Hanskell" was wonderful! My mom said he was attentive and sweet! The weather was not perfect, so the beach/white party and Valentines fun were held in the Theater. So much fun!! We hope to return next year and look forward to seeing the renovations and beautiful staff!

    Awesome place to go

    Went to majestic colonial. Butler Agapeto who was absolutely amazing. Bartenders July and Fernando are absolutely amazing as well. All of these guys are just amazing at their jobs. They go above and beyond and are outstanding at their jobs. They make us want to come back and this is already our second time.

    Amazing Location, Exceptional staff!

    We absolutely loved the resort, the beach was amazing, and kept very clean. It was raked every morning and the water was clear and beautiful. The staff were exceptional. Everyone was so friendly more than any other resort we have been to. We upgraded to club and our Butler Luis Encarnacion was AMAZING!! it was our daughter’s birthday, and without even asking, he came and personally decorated our room with balloons! 10/10! We will definitely be back!

    Great week at great resort thanks to Danny our butler.

    Very nice resort very clean and once we were moved to a much better room it made for a better vacation. The resort is closing for renovations in April but that didn’t have any adverse impact on our stay the Club Adults only was worth the extra cost and the beach was well maintained.

    Majestic Colonial: when you're here, you're family

    I went to this resort with my husband and a couple of family members for 5 days and 4 nights in mid February. My husband had not seen his family for a while so it was a family reunion trip. We could not have asked for a better experience. The food, the pool, the drinks, the beach and the entertainment were all excellent. I especially like the Dominican food that they had at the buffet. The Mangu was creamy, the maduros just the right sweetness, and the Chivo (goat) was the best that I've had in the Dominican Republic so far! But the highlight of our trip was how attentive and friendly the staff were to us. If you go to the main buffet, seek out Marisol! She was so attentive to my mother-in-law and treated her like she was family. The Animation staff also treated my mother-in-law and sister-in-law like family, especially the staff member named Panda. Of course we had some issues but there were quickly fixed. For example, the bathroom in our room was ADA compliant and the drain was not removed before we arrived. The bathroom flooded a bit because of this. We called the front desk around midnight to report the issue and maintenance came in 5 minutes and fixed the problem. Just make sure to check out that everything is okay with your room in advance and the staff will be highly attentive to accommodate you. Also, my sister-in-law did not like that there were four macaw parrots in one cage, which is located next to the casino. She thought that the parrots needed a bigger cage or have one parrot per cage. This was second trip to the Majestic Colonial (my first time was in November 2019) and it won't be my last. If you want a high quality experience and an overall amazing deal for your money, stay at the Majestic Colonial Punta Cana!
