We just got back from Majestic Colonial and couldn’t be more happier, what a beautiful hotel and amazing people working there , our room was junior club with jacuzzi adult section. Our butler Agapito was very helpful, every time we asked for help was done with a big smile , he greet us everyday and asked if we need anything , thank you Agapito for being such a great help , was a pleasure to meet you and hoping to see you again ! Pools are great , our club pool had awesome bartenders July and Katia , we never waited long for drinks , they were so fast and always smiling and singing. Another great bartender was Marino at the piano bar , he made me every evening special drink and was always so good , he was very friendly and had a big smile . Our room was always clean and fridge was restocked daily , we also had nice and fresh towels everyday and lots of them . Hotel grounds are very nice and clean , you always seen someone trimming shrubs , raking , sweeping, thank you to all workers to keep the place clean and safe I would recommended this hotel to anybody and hoping to return again soon

A Great All-Inclusive Experience!
We usually do cruise vacations and decided to try a All Inclusive. Majestic Colonial was a wonderful first time all inclusive for us. The resort is absolutely beautiful and the staff are wonderful. Our room was really big and comfortable and we chose one closer to the beach rather than the main lobby area. One person in our party had a serious foot injury and they were super accommadating for this guest. All we had to do was call and request a golf cart and in a few minutes one would show up and take us to the main lobby area. Benjamin was the bellman that helped us the most and he was FANTASTIC. Very professsional and so polite and went out of his way to make sure our injured party was comfortable. We really do like the all incluesive experience with drinks and food included. We look forward to this or another Majestic property in the future!

Enjoyable stay
Very happy with our 1st trip to the DR and The Colonial. Check in very quick and taken straight to our swim up club room - no welcome drink offered even though it was 8.15pm. We noticed a hole in our shower ceiling which we reported and maintenance came straight away to fix. Rooms do need a little updating and we understand resort will be closing in April for refurbishment but we very much look forward to returning once completed. Enjoyed all our meals with the exception of the main buffet area - not our preference but we loved the restaurant by the beach. Great staff and excellent selection of food. Particularly enjoyed the club lounge where great food was available at all times. The resort has a great expanse of beachfront but the club section (adult only) was too small and always busy. Would recommend they expand this section to accommodate the club section guests. Our butler, Alberto, was such a kind young man. A great asset to the hotel. On our last day we were able to use showers near the cash machine in the lobby which is very useful if you have vacated your room and have an overnight flight. Individual cubicles, plenty of towels and space to get organised etc. Overall good value for money and would definitely recommend.

Resort was clean, food was great, room was spacious and very nice, pools and beach were great. Plenty of activities!!!
Agapito was very pleasant, responsive and helped us with whatever we needed. He checked in with us everyday to make sure we were enjoying our stay!! All of the staff was friendly and helpful, in addition to Agapito, Angel and Tomas were delightful and helpful! Would definitely recommend Majestic Colonial to my friends!! Thank you for a wonderful time.
