  Wonderful Relaxing Week

  We just returned from the Majestic Colonial. It was a wonderful week. All we wanted was to relax, and that is all we did. We did nothing but go to the beautiful beach and relax in the pool. We stayed on the club side and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff was friendly. July and Katia, the pool bar bartenders were fantastic. Our Butler, Agapito worked hard to make sure out needs were met. The night show were just okay, though the Circus performance was very impressive, and we also had a great time at the evening Beach Party. Great time with everyone dancing and having fun. The Japanese and French restaurant were great, while the other restaurants were just okay. Final note the pharmacist, Estonia was awesome and if you forget toiletries, lotion or have medical needs go there. Prices were reasonable too. We would go back. In fact we met many couples who had been to the Colonial several times.

  Good Trip Nice resort made better by Jesus Hernandez

  I enjoyed our stay. Good service, excellent beach. Almost everyone is helpful and friendly. We enjoyed a couple of the shows and our Butler Jesus Hernandez was excellent. We also like the staff at the Dominican / Mexican themed restaurant. Tommy and I believe his name was Juan really enjoy their job. It is evident. We only had one bad experience. I was VERY unhappy with my treatment at the Gourmet restaurant at the Majestic Colonial on February 21, 2026. I felt treated like a child. I just think some coaching would be a good idea for the staff of that restaurant. I did not experience anything like that anywhere else on your resort. 1. For The Gourmet restaurant, I suggest you send a reminder that pants are required. Many folks showed up well dressed but in shorts 2. The staff should not point at sign to prove that pants are required: I believe you 3. When you cannot find a reservation a. Make it work somehow. “Go see guest services” is not an appropriate answer. b. All evening there were several empty tables: There was room for us even IF there had not been a reservation for us. Try to make it work. 4. When you ask the name of butler who made the reservation, do not roll your eyes: the butler was right: there WAS a reservation. In the end another person working there had to find the reservation, which was there on the sheet 5. As I left it was my perception was that there were remarks said about me behind my back as i was leaving by the staff. This is not appreciated either. I do not treat my guests that way at my home. To contrast; my experience at the Dominican / Mexican themed restaurant was great: The greeting, treatment by the staff, and the personal greeting we received the second time we went there. Tommy and Juan I believe. Great folks there. The folks at the pool in the adults only section near the beach were great as well. Thanks for everything. I would love to hear from you. Gord

  Great Resort great butler.

  The Majestic hotel is a wonderful resort. I've stayed there 3 times. Danny was a great butler. He took care of all our needs reservations, WiFi issues and made sure our room had all necessities. I would like to say that he has been my favorite butler.

  We had an amazing stay at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, and the highlight of our trip was our personal organizer, Javier. He was incredibly helpful with everything we needed, no matter the time of day. Morning or night, he was always available, professional, and ready to assist us. His attention to detail, kindness, and dedication truly made our vacation stress-free and special. Javier went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect

  Punta Cana - experience of a lifetime!

  I recently traveled to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic to celebrate a family wedding at the stunning Majestic Colonial All Inclusive Resort—and from the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into paradise. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, with gorgeous beachfront views, swaying palms, and those perfect island vibes that make you instantly relax and soak it all in. The resort itself was top-tier: beautiful grounds, fantastic amenities, delicious dining options, and an atmosphere that balanced elegance with fun. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Every interaction was warm and welcoming, but JAVIER, our butler extraordinaire, deserves a standing ovation. His attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care made us feel like VIP guests the entire stay. This trip was more than just a vacation—it was a memorable experience filled with beauty, celebration, and exceptional service. I would return in a heartbeat!
