We give this resort 10/10. We celebrated our honeymoon and we both were blown away by the upgrades and service they provided us. Edith our butler was incredible and made our vacation perfect. I will be back next year with my whole family. We love Majestic!

Vacation
Awesome resort. It was extremely relaxing and exactly the break i needed from reality. Great service. Great food. Great bartenders especially Domingo at the piazza bar. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. Beaches and pool were beautiful

5 Stars, will be visiting again!
We had an amazing experience from the time we arrived until the time we left. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort is exceptionally cleaned and maintained by an amazing group of loving and hard working people. We arrived at the resort at approximately 1:00 pm and they had a beautiful room all ready for us. Being that I traveled with my adult son, I requested a room change as we needed separate beds. The staff was very accommodating and changed our room without any hesitation. This was my 3rd trip to a Majestic resort in Punta Cana (second time at the Colonial) and every experience has been great! Each time I’ve vacationed here, I reserved a Club room and had butler service. On this trip, our butler was Samuel and all I can say is that his personality and service are second to no one! Each time we messaged him he responded within minutes and accommodated us in every way very promptly. He was always very pleasant and made us feel welcomed. I’m sure I will visit this resort again very soon and I will definitely be requesting Samuel as our butler if at all possible!! Every time I visit this island I am blown away at how truly nice and friendly all of the people seem to be. We started most days with a trip to the buffet for breakfast. We particularly loved be greeted by the beautiful Madelin who always engaged in conversation and truly cared about how our stay was going. She is an amazing woman who has a smile that can brighten any room. Most of the time before our greeting with Madelin was finished, we were tracked down by either Tomas or Juan who always seemed to fight over who would be serving us that day! Both of them knew our routines and made our mornings fun! At the end of the week I felt as if I’ve known them forever and that we were family. I highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants a fantastic vacation in a beautiful place where the people make you feel welcomed.

Our experience was more majestic than we could have imagined!
Samuel provided the absolute best service we have ever had. He made the trip more memorable and went over the top with his service! Also the waiters at breakfast (Juan, Tomas, and Madelin) were so enjoyable to be around! This trip would honestly not have been the same without them! 10/10

Majestic Colonial
Everything was perfect, I really enjoy the pool at the colonial club, the service was really good, the food too and the rooms always were clean. The staff was really friendly and always ready for helping us,specially Victoria she was all the time bringing activities for us have fun.
