My wife and I stayed 4 nights on the adults only side after being at Hyatt Ziva for 5 nights. Hyatt Ziva might be the nicest resort I've stayed at in the last 17 years. With that being said we really liked Lopesan. We didn't want to be around kids so we spent our time at the adults but only pool. Not a lot of chairs available, maybe 50 total, but we didn't have a hard finding one if we got here before 9:30. The foam party at adults pool was pretty fun as well. We thought the food was good at steak house, Mexican, and Asian restaurants. The valley was good along the breakfast buffet. Didn't really care for the lunch buffet. We went to 2 night shows at the theatre and thought they were pretty good, would have went to the third if it wasn't on Superbowl Sunday. The Sports bar has a lot of flat screens and a lot of variety of sporting events to watch, just ask one of the workers to find your game. They found the basketball game we were looking for. The pub has a cool feel to it. My biggest complaint was the layout of the facility. Lots of gardens and water features made for narrow walkways. The lay out was a little confusing but eventually got used to it. Our room was nice but the bathroom was a little underwhelming, small counter with only one sink. The beach looked nice but didn't spend any time out there mainly because we were looking for a quieter experience and wanted to avoid kids. I really good experience for the money.

Truly, the definition of a five-star Resort
This is the 5th time visiting this resort and honestly it just gets better and better every year. I have to take a moment to give this resort the respect and recognition it deserves. Our experience at the Unique Club was elevated beyond expectations thanks to Alejandro C, Jose R and the entire staff at the Unique club they honestly go above and beyond any expectation. The teams service at the Unique is phenomenal and the each member is extremely attentive to your needs sometimes you don’t even have to ask just turn around and it appears, truly with no exaggeration the attention to detail is exceptional. Our butler Jose Luis was amazing his attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to excellence made us feel valued and complementary taken care of. We are so grateful for his dedication- he is truly an asset to the resort and the definition of 5 star service. You’re greeted by every staff member with a friendly and genuine, hello and a smile, always smiling and ready to make your experience special. The food is always fresh and delicious and there’s so much to choose. If you can try the restaurants each one is an amazing experience. The place is immaculate the cleaning is thorough everyday. Same goes for the grounds and the pools not to mention the seaweed is collected from the beach front daily. If you’re looking for a stress free vacation this is the one. We will definitely be back.

Second Time Staying Here
We enjoyed Lopesan so much, this was the second time we stayed there. While I do highly recommend upgrading to Unique for better food options, the property is stunning, clean, and enjoyable overall. Our butler for the second time Oliver provided exceptional service and was extremely friendly. If I asked for something to be done, he took care of it whether that was ordering room service or making restaurant reservations. We might go back a third time!

Wonderful Stay Full of Fun and Great People
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect – clean rooms, delicious food, and very friendly staff. The atmosphere was relaxing but also fun at the same time. The highlight of our stay was definitely the animation team. They were energetic, kind, and professional, and they made our holiday truly special. We would especially like to thank Pokemom, Polanco, Pinky, Faiteř Rata Fary, Scoobydaddy and Viky for their positive energy, friendliness, and great sense of humor. They organized fantastic daytime activities and wonderful evening shows that we really enjoyed. We would also like to give a special mention to DJ Ruffo, who created an amazing atmosphere with his music. Thanks to all of them, we were never bored and always felt welcome. They truly deserve special thanks for their hard work! We highly recommend this hotel and would happily come back again.
