We just returned from an 8-day stay at Lopesan Punta Cana, and we want to give a special shout-out to our butler, Jimmy, who made our trip truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Jimmy was incredibly helpful, responsible, and attentive. He always greeted us with a warm smile and checked in regularly to make sure everything was perfect for our family. He handled every request quickly and professionally—whether it was restaurant reservations, activity planning, or small daily details. His friendly personality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire trip. Jimmy went above and beyond for us, and his dedication really elevated our experience. We are truly grateful for his service and highly recommend him to any future guests. Jimmy is a wonderful person and a fantastic butler—we couldn’t have asked for better!

Andrés Is The Best Butler!!!
Andrés Was absolutely perfect! He organized our dinner reservations, activities and made sure our family of 12 had everything we needed and wanted. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and fun! He made our vacation better and I am very grateful he was our butler!! I highly recommend you request Graviel Andrés as your butler!

I requested for balloons 🎈 to placed in my room for my fiancé Birthday prior to arrival but nothing was done. Very unfriendly staff at front desk , slow check-in process, my TV didn’t work and waited for an hour for engineering to arrive and I had to assist putting the TV back on the wall because he couldn’t do it by himself, also very rude overnight night Auditor. I should’ve stayed somewhere else.

Perfect Stay
We came for a relaxing vacation after a stressful year. The resort is beautiful, staff friendly, rooms clean, no complaints. Our Butler Senel was attentive to our needs and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. He made sure to see us everyday to make sure we were ok.
- AdvisoryLopesan Costa Bavaro does not accept Spring Breaker Groups. From February 1st until April 30th, person under the age of 22 years must be accompanied by an adult (23+) in the same room. Rooms with guests under 22 years will be denied at the check in (ID Check) and guests will be responsible for finding their own alternate accommodation.
- Minimum Check-In Age: 18
- General Policies:
Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
