First of all the resort is beautiful, room very nice and our butler, Jose Luis Santana was wonderful! The food however could be better in every possible way. The steakhouse was by far the biggest disappointment. Staff overall was ok besides our butler we liked all the staff at the unique club bar and restaurant. The gal who handled the barbecue at breakfast and lunch was great. Dinner was ok at the Italian Mexican and Asian restaurants so I would recommend all of those. The Chef at the Mexican restaurant went above and beyond and we had a great meal there. Main pool was too loud and crowded but we enjoyed the unique and adult pools. The beach was great once you got rid of all the guys trying to sell you boat rides. Housekeeping was also excellent and very nice. Wish I could give this resort a higher score but the food really holds it back.

Had an amazing stay at this all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana. The aesthetic is beautiful, everything feels thoughtfully designed and relaxing. The pool is stunning! The grounds are enormous with plenty of activities to do- beach, pool, spa, casino - so even though the resort accommodates many guests, it doesn’t feel crowded or busy. There was a nice selection of restaurants with great variety, thought the food was hit or miss. Drinks were well made and never watered down. When you book through their exclusive Unique service, you get certain perks like a butler service. Our attentive butler, Jimmy, made sure everything was seamless from start to finish. From reservations to small details, we felt genuinely taken care of. Overall, a fantastic experience and a trip we’d happily repeat!

Beautiful place, trying to be family oriented but it’s really not
Resort was beautiful. Food was good. Most of the staff were nice. At some restaurants weren’t the greatest. Waterpark was so fun for our kids who are young. Pools were nice not crowded. 2 big issues were no snacks or grab and go food. Which is not great with kids when everything has to be sit down. Even the “fast food” is not fast and can’t take the plates. The worst part which is my definite I would not go back was the kids club. It was a gigantic room but not much to do very limited toys and the worst part is the staff were so mean to the kids. Made them cry and were just nasty to all the kids that got dropped off. We stayed with our kids but the staff was so bad. There was bracelet making and they took my daughter’s bracelet out 3 times because it was wrong. She’s 4… I said it’s fine we’re going to keep going. They said no and took it out. Obviously then we had to do it for her. But soon as they took out a toy they said clean that up. There were 3 workers there doing nothing … we were the only ones in there at that point. Just so rude and nasty. Would never leave our kids there. Also the shows were so late 10 pm is too late for kids to go to. And is as adults all day in the sun we were tired !

Unique experience

Great resort
The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The service for most of the stuff is exquisite. The only reservations I have are the food which has been tepid and not hot. However, if you can just focus on the grounds, the water, the beach, the clientele, and the staff then you will certainly enjoy yourself at lopesan costa bavaro good of note and deserving of special attention from our personal butler isaury los santos and the bartenders at the unique bar. I’m not really good with names however, the ladies there and the one gentleman who assisted us were non-pile we had excellent service and we almost a living here at the bar elsewhere. They’re all of the stuff is just been really really wonderful not withstanding my inability to speak in Spanish, they’ve been very accommodating so come on down and enjoy yourselves. Thank you.
