This was the worst trip I’ve ever had in a resort. As beautiful as it was the service and the food was horrific. I had roaches in my room. The buffet and restaurant food was colder than Uber delivery food. The room service food was disgusting. They put me up at their best resort restaurant I had to eat with my cell phone light on and as usual the food was cold and mediocre. Lobster was hard potatoes taste bad. The bed in my room felt wet every night. It was so bad. I caught a sinus infection. Please don’t spend your money coming here.

Overall, I rate it a 3.75/5. Things that I loved about this resort: Cleanliness, Architecture, and Location. Things for room of improvement: Service Quality and Room Quality. Although this hotel made an exception for me due to my flight being cancelled and wasn’t able to arrive on the day that my reservation was scheduled for, the call center was able to modify my reservation which, I do appreciate a lot. The service is focused around the friendless of the staff, it was a hit or miss, when you say “thank you” they either don’t respond at all or say “okay”. In addition, I think that a room quality check should happen before a guest arrives. My room was around 75° F in my room and the air conditioning didn’t work. I went to the front desk 3 or 4 times and they shared someone will be sent up within 20 minutes but, it never happened so, I had to go to guest relations and had the staff member there come with me until the maintenance member came to troubleshoot. I think that it was a little too complex for something like that. Overall: 3.75/5 TL;DR: It is a great resort for friends and family but, make sure to quality check your room and lower your expectations for hospitality and service

Just go to Cabo or Cancun
Overpriced for what you get . A lot of unhappy staff that make you feel like you’re bothering them, if you want decent service be prepared to spend lots of cash on top of everything. The rooms AC was not working would constantly run making the run uncomfortable. Bathroom outlet was broken so it was a struggle for my wife to get ready she had to use the outlet in the living room. Room service took over an hour had to keep calling to remind them . Towels also took an hour. All the restaurants were full could not get a reservation the buffet was mediocre and for some reason they close the breakfast buffet at 1030am that’s when most people are waking up. Basically not a fun experience too much money
