Our butler Eric was absolutely amazing! He was very kind and attentive. He took care of all our needs and made our stay very special. The entertainment staff, especially Red, Jesus, and Hector were fun and awesome as well! I would definitely come back to visit in a heartbeat, if given the chance. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation.

Amazing time, highly recommended!
I had an amazing time at Live Aqua. We got the room with the swim-up, and I definitely think it was worth it. While there were a good number of guests we never felt crowded or rushed in the slightest. The workers were great and very attentive. I especially loved Joel who took care of us, and Alexander was my absolute favorite at the upstairs bar, Alabama remembers you! Shmerlin was our butler and did an awesome job whenever we had any questions or needed help. It was a relaxing trip, beautiful scenery, and a great time with friends that we’ll be taking about for many years to come. I loved it and would definitely be willing to return!

Awesome trip
Great staff and great food and drinks. Eric was extremely accommodating! Our room was also very nice and always kept clean thanks to housekeeping. Plenty of space and spots to relax and hang out

ERIC was the best ever
Best sleep in years! Eric at Live Aqua Punta Cana was the most accomodating, above friendly butler. He made our trip all the more enjoyable

Eric was Awesome
I had a great time at the Live Aqua. The staff was great especially Eric our butler! He took care of everything from dinner reservations to chair reservations at the beach & poolside
