My experience has been amazing. Wandy was very professional and knowledgeable and amazing to the things we were requesting, however we arrived the manager Noris was very lost and did not know what was going on when I had spoken to the chicken person. His name is Diego. He had promised me and committed to accommodate me to an upgrade in which was never approved. I had a wait approximately 2 1/2 hours to go into my room after all at the experience was amazing just to check in people need to get more training and be more knowledgeable and respectful to the guesses that has never been to this restore before.

The resort was outstanding!!! The entertainment team was absolutely incredible from beach volleyball, pool side bingo, painting sunsets and so much more! The activities don’t stop even after the sun goes down! The evening offers everything from karaoke and silent disco to Dominican dancing and a Michael Jackson Tribute. A a very special shout out to Hector and Priscilla for making all the activities even that much better.

Loved it
My trip was amazing I also loved the bartenders and servers especially Maria she was the most attentive and the nicest one there. She made sure we was happy n enjoying our time.

Amazing Butlers
We have just departed our Favourite holiday destination of Live Aqua Punta Cana. We have had a truley marvellous time enjoying everything about the resort. A very special mention has to be made to our butlers Eric & Yrani who were simply magnificent and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We will be back as soon as time allows and looking forward to it already.

Wonderful service and care
What a great trip. Out of all the travel I’ve done, the staff here has been most attentive. Eric was an incredible butler who took time to make sure we had everything we needed and more.
