This resort was absolutely stunning. The moment you walk into the door, you are transported to the most luxurious spa serene setting. The staff is absolutely amazing.The minute you walk in you are greeted. You are made to feel like family. Your wish is their wish I wanted it for nothing. I have absolutely complaints about the staff and the food was amazing as well. I would definitely recommend this resort 10/10. This trip was to celebrate my 50th birthday and let me just say the resort went above and beyond as well as my private but David he wasamazing always available via WhatsApp. We never had to wait for anything very polite very respectful always had a smile in his face with recommendations. If you have a chance, I would definitely say to visit live aqua Punta Cana. We stayed for three nights and that just wasn’t enough. Can’t wait to return!

outstanding experience
Simply an impeccable experience. I was extremely well taken care of by Ligny and the entire team — attentive, friendly, and highly professional service from start to finish. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. A true culinary show. An outstanding experience overall. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

5 star quiet relaxing resort with great food
Just finished up a week stay here. It is a small-ish resort, maybe 300 rooms. It never felt crowded and I was surprised to hear they were at full occupancy. Probably the nicest staff I have ever seen. Everyone seems ready to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We had a swim out room with VIP experience, which meant we had a private area to check in with drinks and food and access to a private lounge for the duration of our stay. Also a separate beach area. We had an assigned butler, Raifer, who checked in with us every day. He was able to have distilled water delivered for a CPAP as the resort doesn’t carry any. 4 smaller pools and one large pool. Pools were never crowded and chairs with umbrellas were still plentiful at 9:00 am, unlike other resorts where you have to get up at 6 am to get a pool chair (looking at you Lopesan). 6 restaurants (2 lunch only) and a sports bar with burgers and bar food. Buffet for breakfast and lunch along with 2 restaurants and food options at the Wonderbar. 4 restaurants for dinner plus a buffet like cook out with steaks, burgers, chicken, hot dogs and the like. Never a wait for drinks and pool attendants come around regularly for drink orders. Ice cream and snack location open pretty late for sandwiches and sweets. It is a pretty quiet resort with only a few activities each day. Ocean is pretty rough as it’s on the north end and ocean was red flag warning 4 out of the 7 days with yellow the other days. Beach is cleaned of seaweed every day. Beach towels are plentiful and don’t need to be “checked out”. It’s help yourself. Evening entertainment is just one choice every night and it was just ok. If you looking for a party atmosphere or lots of activities then this is NOT the place for you. Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing vacation with attentive staff and great food.
