Very ghetto
The place is outdated and smells bad. The pool is unkept. Alot of harassment on the beach by vendors. Clean up the place man

Not recommended
I went to Legends with my friend and the place was terrible. The service was very poor. It Was supposed to be an all inclusive. Water was not provided and there was no refrigerator in the room. The refrigerators could be rented for 12 dollars a day if available . This was not explained during the time of the booking. The food was terrible and the choices were very limited. The beach and all the amenities were located across the busy street. The property is not secure as there is no one on guard at the gate. The rooms smelled of raw sewage and the front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful. There was no iron, shampoo, hair dryer or any toiletries offered, and towels were very scarce. Bottle water was available at the bar for sale as well as bottled beer. Premium alcohol was limited and had to be paid for. The rooms were run down and dated. I could go on and on, but I don’t have all day. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Do not expect much... save for a few more months and go to a better resort.
The pictures of this resort are very deceiving. This resort is equivalent to a Motel 6 or an ECONOLODGE in the US. The rooms are outdated, dirty, and uncomfortable. We had to cross a highway to get to the main part of the resort and beach. If someone told me that I needed to cross a highway I would never have stayed!!!! Not only was there danger with traffic, but it was a constant borage of people selling joints, taxi rides, and pushy people trying to rip you off. The food was ok but really not a whole bunch of options. There were only certain drinks that you could get if you were on the "all inclusive" option. The game room consisted of a makeshift pool table and ping pong table in a shed. The pool on the property across the highway was nice. Good luck getting any sleep! There were clubs around the resort that were BLASTING their bass music all night long! The room was thumping to the beat! The only thing that was great about this resort was the beach and the staff!!!!!! Vanessa and KerryAnn in the dining room are AMAZING and SWEET!!!! This resort would be good for college kids who want to go and get drunk and party! They would not care about the comfort of the mattress or the cleanliness of the room. This motel resort is definitely a bargain compared to other resorts so do not expect much. You will not get the bells and whistles. Nobody will help you with your luggage to your room, you will not get mints on your pillow, and don't get your heart set on seeing any towel animals - it's not gonna happen!

Beach day from Samara, really good
Went to legends for the day,as we were at the samsara cliff for a holiday. Great to be able to get a cup of tea when you want one. Hospitality was great, nothing too much trouble. Beach was lovely, lots of traders, sea amazing, lots of others hotels closed. Vibrant area needs a bit of investment. Cannot fault the food whilst we were there.

Relaxing Vibes & a Perfect Beach Getaway!
I traveled to Legends Beach Hotel with my husband and adult son for a quick escape, and it was just what we needed! The beach is hands-down the main attraction—absolutely stunning with crystal clear water and soft sand that stretches for miles. The laid-back vibe of this area made it the perfect spot to rest, recharge, and soak up the Jamaican sunshine. Is this place fancy? No—and that’s exactly why we chose it. We weren’t looking for luxury; we wanted somewhere casual, comfortable, and relaxing, and Legends delivered. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. One morning, my son missed breakfast, and one of the staff went out of their way to make him a plate—such a thoughtful gesture that really made us feel welcome. The rooms were simple but clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping. Most of our time was spent floating in the water or lounging on the beach, exactly what we hoped for. We also booked a glass bottom boat ride from the resort to Rick’s Café, which was such a fun evening excursion! If you’re looking for unpretentious, chill beach vibes with great people and an unbeatable oceanfront, Legends Beach Hotel is a great choice. We’d definitely return!
