    Amazing Mexican experience

    We had a great time the food was great and facilities. Ayami was our favourite restaurant, Eligo hernandez, Erik astudillo & Erik called really made the experience.

    Its ok

    While a nice hotel, lacks family activities. Their restaurants need reservations and it is extremely hard to find a spot. Starting from the check in- lacked courtesy and directions. No communication if and where activities where going to happen. Bartenders at primary pool were not friendly- yet positively Enrique was great with service. Food was good- just wished i had the opportunity to try other restaurants.

    Fatima and Alonso are were amazing in The Grille! Great service, amazing conversation, amazing people. The tuna salad was the best!

    Hospitality - the people, the beach and pool, the food!

    The employees are the BEST - 5/5+++!!! Shout out to Esther (de nada enchilada!), Manuel, Jose, Alejandro & Irving, Viridiana (shy but attentive), Daniel, Tony, the omelette lady, the bartender at the lobby bar, the coffee shop pair (great iced lattes) - so many wonderful people to mention. Even Alonso the time share guy out on the street added to our time here (he brought us fresh mangoes from his garden). The employees made our two week vacation! I’d rate the resort 3.5. It could use a freshen-up - attention to details (the towel hanging over the lobby bar), general cleanliness, elevator out of order, door lock scanner card (required attention three times). The pool and beach were lovely - the water was so warm in July. The buffet had many options - fresh veggies, lovely ripe fruit, lots of protein options (salmon almost daily), Mexican entrees, melted cheese, pasta, tasty little desserts. The live entertainment was fun to watch too. Thank you to the employees of Krystal for making our holiday memorable!

    Bartending

    Alejandro was the best throughout our whole trip - he essentially made our trip whole! Always took the best care of our big family of 11 and served drinks with the biggest smile on his face. Thank you Alejandro for the service!
