    Food is not the best, but it’s a nice all-inclusive experience. Gustavo was our waiter on multiple nights and was really great! The resort has a nice beach, pool and gym. Room is also comfortable. I’d come back for the price.

    Was very fun and the employees were very nice and welcoming with lots of fun activities to do like working out biking swimming and more with amazing drinks and food and had lots of things to do with family and friends with a fun place to also play video games and board games and table tennis

    Overall Ok Experience

    Positives: - Right off the bat the adult pool and beach view was stunning. - When it's a beautiful sunny weather there's a lot of fun planned events and water events throughout the day and evening. - The service was great! Everyone at the concierge desk were super kind and helpful. My partner and I were pretty impressed by the bell boys when it got extremely busy with people leaving and arriving, they were quite organized with the traffic and accomodated each guests. - The bartenders were extremely friendly. Negatives: - We had a Deluxe Tropical View suite, it was quite disappointing because it was just a thin layer of trees covering the view of the kids pool. - Cleanliness of the room wasn't great. There were a couple of stains on the couch and chairs, and sticky residue in certain areas. - Wifi was not good in our room. Weak signal and it kept cutting in and out. (If you're at the pool area it's fine) - When we went, we had a couple of days where it was raining. They didn't have a lot indoor events/activities/amenities for adults. - The buffet food for dinner tasted ok.

    The Krystal Grand… it’s for the girlies

    The Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta had some of the friendliest staff around! Marco at the reservation desk helped us with dinner and made sure we were always taken care of! Alejandro and Alejandra at the Buffett had the mimosas flowing for breakfast! The bar staff was all around fantastic (ask Paulo about his bird impression). Adrian and Michel at the bar had us all week! As three solo female travelers this was a wonderful experience and would recommend!

    Great time!

    I had a wonderful time at Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta! At breakfast, Alejandro was very kind and attentive 10/10 service. Paulo, Michelle, and Adrien at the bar were quick and made great drinks and conversation! Marco at the front reservation desk was very nice when helping our group make reservations for dinner, he made the process very easy and made sure we made it to a tasty dinner. Room service and house keeping were great and made our stay very enjoyable. Overall, our stay was amazing and I would definitely come again!
