  Exceptional in every way

  100/10, truly. Everything about our stay was perfect. Every single staff member was happy and helpful. The hospitality was the best we’ve ever experienced. Room was wonderful. We had a premium ocean view, odd numbered room. I would have liked to have been in a room closer to the ocean, we were furthest from it, but the view and balcony was still wonderful. Even number rooms over look pool and resort, odd is opposite side. We were good with odd, maybe a little quieter. We had breakfast included and it was exceptional. We got the buffet every day. If you have the option to include it, I highly recommend it. All of the food on the property is very expensive, but we knew that. It was all delicious! We ate at Coccoloba twice and enjoyed it. We got chairs at the beach every day. Late July, but plenty of chairs. The earlier you go down, the closer to the front row you can get. Same with pool seating. We enjoyed the free rentals at the beach from Redsail. We got mats to float on daily and snorkeled the reef twice. It’s a family friendly resort so tons of kids. Though we were there on an anniversary trip, we weren’t bothered by the amount of kids. The only time we thought it got a little loud was in the pool at night. Lots of splashing and Marco Polo but who can blame them, so much fun. We will return again, hopefully soon.

  Hotel indigo Grand Cayman

  This place was the best. The staff at the pool and Front desk went above and beyond what I expected from a hotel. We were a group of ten with four small children and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Special shout out to Newton at the pool and his amazing memory. I would definitely recommend it

  Birthday Celebration

  We celebrated our daughter’s 10 year birthday celebration at the resort. We had a wonderful experience. The Girls enjoyed the pool, the beach and the variety of dining options! The beach is pristine and the pool is quite large. Service’s priority is pleasure. A Family friendly resort. Be prepared, as there is a premium cost factor, resort fee, tax, gratuities. All factors associated with enjoying the Caymans.

  5 Star Services. 4 Star Property

  My family of four decided to stay at the Kimpton Seafire property in Grand Cayman for a 5 night leisure trip. Two adults and two teens. Upon our arrival, our room was ready at 12pm. As a Platinum Elite member, I received a partial ocean view upgrade from the original North Sound view room. We decided to take it, even after the disclosure that the north sound view was slightly larger. We also received a bottle of bubbly shortly after our room arrival. The room still felt spacious, airy, bright, and modern. Large bathroom with plenty of mirrors and a separate toilet area. The balcony had a partial ocean view. Beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Let me start by saying that the service at this property is excellent! All levels of staff on this property greeted us with smiles, ensured we were enjoying our stay, and provided 5-star service. From the bellman, front desk, restaurant services, pool attendants and housekeeping. Things to consider for improvement. The smaller boutique structure of this property left us yearning for more. I would like to have seen another restaurant option and another area for entertainment option. There was only the same 1 breakfast restaurant option in the morning. There was one pool table (in the lobby), one foosball table & one ping pong table (outdoors). The pool table was always busy in the evening. In addition, perhaps a separate second pool option, as the “adult pool” was so small and attached to the main pool. The gym was small and often very full. I found the grab-and-go store very limited. It needs a bit more variety beyond baked goods, such as chips and to-go yogurts. Better placement of the larger cabanas. We considered renting a cabana of one of our full pool or beach days, but we found the cabanas to have an awkward placement to the side, not pool front or beach front. There were other cananas with better placement but not of the same size or amenities. 
Things we especially liked at this property are that the pool and beach chairs were plentiful and provided the option to sit at any time of day. We did not have to wake up at 6am (like other beach properties) to secure seating. The flag option that can be raised when you need service was ideal. The attendants responded quickly when service was sought. Kimpton’s social hour was a hit. It provides a fun and lively atmosphere where you can gather for a drink before heading off to dinner. Overall, we throughly enjoyed our stay, the food and the services at Kimpton Seafire. Thank You ! Tips: Red Sail Sports picks up at the Kimpton, even if you book directly with the company. Hertz Car Rental is on the first floor Visit Bonny Moon, excellent food and lively atmosphere Hotel Indigo is walking distance, or you can ask to be driven in a golf cart
