  PERFECTION, highly recommend!!

  WOW! My husband & I just returned from this truly amazing property on Seven Mile Beach. The beachfront consists of pristine white sand that slopes down into crystal clear turquoise water with very gentle waves - perhaps the most beautiful beach we've ever seen. We traveled in September, which is part of the slow season, so crowds were minimal. We never had trouble getting a chair at the pool or beach. We also loved that the beach & pool chairs both have umbrellas for shade. The pool is gorgeous & also has great views of the beach! For constructive feedback, the pool temperature was a bit warm for our taste considering how hot it was when we were there, but that is subjective. The SERVICE was OUTSTANDING! Front desk staff, room service, housekeeping - everyone went above &. beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. Beach and pool service were both prompt & friendly. Beach- and pool-side food was excellent, everything came out hot & fresh. I cannot stress enough how wonderful the service was. We would especially like to thank the front desk staff, particularly assistant manager Charlie, for excellent assistance in resolving an issue we encountered during our stay. They listed to our concerns with sincerity and communicated with us in a professional & understanding manner. The issue was resolved to our satisfaction & we appreciate the great custom service experience! This is arguably the nicest resort in Grand Cayman. I highly recommend this property to anyone! You will not be disappointed!

  Impeccable services, excellent room views, luxurious amenities, beautiful beach,delicious food

  Our stay at kimpton Seafire Resort+Spa was nothing short of spectacular. Absolutely liked everything about the hotel. From delicious dinning options to cosy rooms with stunning views. I highly recommend kimpton Seafire Resort because of its clean and comfortable rooms, too-notch amenities and attentive staffs. This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Petrona Menz Senior Rooms Reservation Agent who is also my sister and all kimpton Seafire staffs.

  Perfect vacation in Grand Cayman !

  My husband and I just checked out of a 5 day stay at the Seafire Resort and Spa in Grand Cayman. From the moment we entered the lobby we were greeted with smiles and welcome drinks. The check in process was easy and we were quickly brought to our room. The room was clean and beautiful From the view, the balcony, the soaking tub and a small kitchen area, there was nothing that was left out. Plenty of drawer space and 2 beautiful robes hanging in the closet. We can’t say enough good things about the hotel. It was a quick drive from the airport. We rented a car and was pleased to know valet parking was free. When we arrived at the hotel ,bellman opened our car doors and promptly took our suitcases and delivered them to our room while we were enjoying our welcome drinks. Throughout our stay the service was top notch. At the beach or pool, towels were laid out for us and since it is off season , there was no problem reserving chairs. Sunscreen and water was available and a lovely surprise of ice pops and frozen grapes were offered and brought to us while we relaxing. Floats were available to use in the ocean. The view is spectacular and the water was calm and warm. We had a room rate that included breakfast at the hotel restaurant every day. It was a nice way to start our day. The service was great and they rotated the types of food in the buffet so if you ate there every day ,there something new to try. There was an omelette station as well. I’m glad it was included in our package. It would have been pricey otherwise. There was a small store in the lobby that offered breakfast and lunch items as well as snacks to purchase if you don’t want a full breakfast or lunch. And there is complimentary coffee set up every morning. A nice bonus since a lot of resorts charge for coffee. Complimentary wine is served in the lobby in the late afternoon as well. From the moment we arrived , service was impeccable and welcoming. All of the little touches made our stay perfect. The location, the beach, the view of the ocean and sunset , turn down service with cookies on our bed ,made this an unforgettable vacation. We will be back ! The next time, hopefully the spa renovation will be completed , (something to look forward to ). The spa was moved to a bungalow during the renovations. The treatments were incredible but missed the spa feel. They did discount our treatments for the inconvenience We would highly recommend the Seafire Resort. and going off season was a good choice for us. Not crowded and better rates. And our last breakfast ended with a special dessert and a note in chocolate : “thank you for staying with us “ our room

  The Seafire gets everything right

  I usually only write reviews when a resort gets things very wrong or very right, I’m happy to say in this case the Kimpton gets everything right. We just finished our 3rd stay and it just gets better every time. From the welcome drinks, to the spacious and beautiful suites, to the beach service, pool service and actually every single staff member, the exceptional service has us making this resort our new summer home. Coming home to a pristine room that is cleaned twice each day is such a treat for this boy mom of two. Every single staff member makes us feel like family, but there’s one staff member who we have to give a special shout out to. Nataly at the front desk goes above and beyond each visit and is a big part of the reason we’ve been here 3x. She remembered us all by name, and knowing how much we love the fruit punch made us a special last night drink. She even brought my friend’s daughter personalized coloring pages she handmade to color while we enjoyed our beverages. Thank you all for making us feel like this our 2nd home, we can’t wait to return again. I can’t recommend this wonderful resort enough.

  High Quality Service and Facilities/Grounds

  Had an absolutely amazing experience here back in July. From the very second you enter the hotel grounds, every single member of the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. All staff went above and beyond to offer an amazing experience. I cannot remember even one less than outstanding interaction with a staff member. The room and hotel grounds are immaculate and clean. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have encountered. Restaurant options are stellar. Gym facilities featured high quality equipment. Service on the beach was also amazing. Really no need to even leave the grounds of the hotel. My only real concern was the rooster crowing in the morning. Highly recommend and would definitely go back!
