    What shines about this property is the service; I have never had better service, felt as welcomed as I have here. I realize this is the job of a luxury resort, but it is something else to see this consistently in action in every restaurant, bar, pool, with each and every representative. the lobby is well appointed, glistening, clean, with a nice entry lounge and bar area that is well attended with any sort of drink you might want. For a luxury resort, the pools seem like a bit of an afterthought, they are nice for adults but for kids a little too… adult. Our room was amazing and I enjoyed every moment in it. There are three restaurants offering a good variety if you want to stay on prem. La Isla Mall is just a mile away and is an absolutely sensational walking mall. I am not paid in any way by Bon Voy, I just had a fantastic experience here with my wife and three boys. Would come back in a heart beat.

    JW Cancún Resort and Spa

    Our family arrived on June 30 and left on July 9th. The entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Always with a smile on their faces and eager to assist whenever needed. Ernesto and all of the other bellmen made sure we enjoyed our day or evening on the way out, and welcomed us “home” on our way back to the hotel. Ernesto gave us recommendations a couple of times for dinner and also called the restaurants and made us reservations both times. Once at Fred’s and another at Bombay. Both are walking distance from the hotel. He made sure we were taken care of. I like to give a shout out to the bellmen and I apologize for not remembering all of their names but they deserve the utmost recognition!! Overall, JW Cancún really prides themselves on hospitality and service. Great restaurants on site as well, such as Bravio for really great paella, Sasi Thai for outside dining by the pool/beach area and Gustino, if you prefer Italian. The pasta carbonara is a good choice by the way! I would come back and stay at JW Cancun in the future!!

    Beyond Expectations

    Alfredo at the Beach Bar is Amazing! I got some “la gripe” from my long day of Cenote tours the day before and Alfredo surprised me with a hot tea, lemon and honey. He was just “I saw you look a bit “beat up” already my friend..lol, hope this helps you recover and allow you to finish strong your amazing vacation. The difference between “Excellent Service” and ordinary “all-inclusive” shenanigans…

    JW Beachside is a Class Act

    JW is a class act. From its location in Cancun, your room, service and Food...it does NOT disappoint. AND you will pay for that... guarantee that. So be ready. But in a way... once you sleep... taste.. enjoy the site... it will be worth it. (don't drink too much! haha) Family of Four... (two hungry teen boys) so that buffet is legit a savior and a blessing. The food... 95% of it was on point. It was my personal favorite... I relished on those breakfast meals. Brought back nostalgia as a kid growing up in my Spanish Salvadorian roots. The room was huge with great space and layout... huuuuge bathroom and luxury feeling. We had a great view.. and by the looks of the location.. every room has a great view. Ours overlooked the actual resort and towards the beach. Beautiful. Happy Wife...Happy Life. Don't forget that fellas. Kids thought they were in paradise (14/11). we stayed busy with day excursions... some of them long and winded...it was nice to come back to the room... rest...cleanup... and go get a great meal to finish the night. Its a pampering effect... (again...comes with that pricy aftermath). Pool and all the activities were great... never felt crowded in the pool area... drinks nearby... calm... nice activities for kids .. nice to have a beach side closed out for hotel guest only.
