    Best time at JW Marriott Cancun

    My husband and I are staying at the JW Marriott Cancun right now and we are having a blast. We’ve rented a cabana the last 2 days and both our consierge and server went above and beyond both days! We couldn’t haven’t asked to a better start to our vacation!

    Paradise in Cancun

    Dinner at Sasi Thai

    Tania was an amazing server! She made our experience great. The food was also amazing. We had the Pad Thai and Filet, and both were perfect. Wonderful recommendations and a perfect way to end our last night in Cancun! Thanks Tania!!! We will be back to JW Marriott Cancun!!

    Best hotel ever

    I cannot begin to say how great it was to stay here. From the moment we entered, we were treated like royalty with refreshments and excellent service. Not a single staff member here was not smiling or unhappy, everyone had an excellent attitude all the time. The gift shop was the best part because I would get my chai latte everyday and Dayra would make it very well all the time. By the time we left, it felt like we were a part of their family from the gift shop staff to the restaurant waiters to the chefs. The hotel itself is one the best I’ve stayed at in Cancun with the best pool views and resort views. The whole place is large and open which is not common in the area which I like. Amazing and I will be returning back here with more people. If you’re second guessing booking the place, just do it you won’t regret it at all.

    Loved our stay!

    The hospitality is always amazing here! We’ve enjoyed the spa both times we have been here and we will continue to come back. Love the amazing views, our room was even better than we thought. It was so spacious. It really pays to be a Platinum Elite member. We always stay at Marriott!
