This hotel definitely has the wow factor in regards to aesthetic, the pools and beach are beautiful! The staff are all so friendly and welcoming however I think food is a massive factor when it comes to all inclusive and can make or break the stay. The food hasn’t come close to up to scratch and really lets the resort down, I think it’s so important to let people know about the food as if someone had told me I sadly wouldn’t of booked this hotel as amazing as the aesthetic is. Me and my partner are massive foodies and it’s what we look forward to when going to a different country but sadly I feel like they use really cheap ingredients and we really struggled where to eat even with the option of several restaurants. As we got talking to other guests at the hotel it was obvious most people felt the same.

Sergio and Christian from the Entertainment team were awsome!!!! The best guides and help me and my wife have ever experienced it felt like we were with friends! Sergio took the best pictures of us one we will cherish for life! Thank you so much!

Experience
Sergio from the entertainment team was outstanding. Very fun and very kind. Sergio made our honeymoon trip well remembered. He recommended different shows, restaurants and was our own personal photographer. This trip was the best service all around and we will be back for sure :)

One of the best Secrets resort
Very nice adults only resort. Many different pools, very well maintained. Bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean but need brighter lighting. Restaurants are above average, food and presentation are nice. I’d go back, it’s that good.

Hi there! I wanted to bring to your attention about service. The service in that hotel is horrible. What was before as UVC member and now totally different. No one wanted to greet. I was ordered room service at 11:00 pm in my first day of stay because i had some work to do and was late for dinner. Waited 2 hours and no one bring anything. I called concierge Angela she was barely able to talk to me. Looks like she was drunk. She told me we are so busy and i have to wait more. Now is 1:21 am and still nothing. Now when I call no one answers the phone like everyone is dead in this hotel. No respect, no smiles. What happened to the service for the such big money that customers pay? I had to complain further to Mexico Tourism and all the above lines including ASTA for service which I paid and nothing got in the hotel. Also, our UVC Omar Andrea Disapeared no connection too.He did not leave his What’up number.
