Jan 14, 2025Amazing stay in Isla Mujeres.
VERY comfortable room, spacious, with great ocean views. Tastefully decorated with all the modern amenities I needed. A unique touch is that not only they have a fully stocked minibar with snacks, but a mini wine fridge and a red, white and bubbly! Isla Mujeres feels like a remote, exotic destination but within minutes of Cancun. Relaxing and the arrival at Impression is an adventure in itself.

Jan 13, 2025Customers Beware - Taken Advantage Of!
We have repeatedly asked resort management (Kenneth and Diana) to resolve this issue, but they have given us the runaround and refused to put us in contact with the General Manager. On our last night at the resort, my boyfriend and I were overserved and needed a second room. Knowing we had been overserved, they took advantage of the situation and charged us $1700 USD for an eight hour stay. We would love to return to your property and recommend it to friends and family, but not after being price gouged and taken advantage of. This is not an acceptable way to treat a customer.

Amazing Vacation
Far exceeded our expectations. Resort staff was absolutely amazing. From the moment of our welcome at the dock to departure. Edgar and Angel, our butlers, made everything so easy. They checked in on us often, made any requests happen. I could not have asked for more They even decorated our room for out anniversary! So sweet. Resort was smaller in size and yet never felt busy. Pool staff was excellent and kind. Brings our drinks and even lunch to us. Food was excellent! We enjoyed all the dining. I would say the Speiza (Italian) was our least favorite, however it was still good and staff great. We simply didn't find much flavor to the food choices we made. Had an amazing time. Perfect resort for rest and relaxation and to feel pampered.

Nowhere else like it
THE. BEST. there isn't even a comparison to anywhere else. 10 out of 10 for everything. Food, service, customer service, unique activities, the best views and athletics, room, pools, ocean, beach. I now don't want to vacation anywhere else if I'm going somewhere warm. Loved the Vision Board activity workshop with Rebecca & Abraham!
