Super vacation
Great place with great service like Ruffin and Jonathan. Love all the animals leaving on the resort free so you can have interaction with them. Food was good and the resort super clean. The rooms are great in small like cabanas that makes it very private and calm. And the diving school is on site with the all the boats. Bring water shoes because rocky bottom in the ocean. Go under the bridge to see all the see life.

Had a Great time!
This place is amazing!! We stayed the week of St. patty's Day. Food, service, entertainment - all good. I have been to many AI's and this is different than your typical hotel type resort. The bungalow style rooms, no elevators because they are not needed. Flamingo's, talking parrots, Coati's, warthog's & peacocks just roaming around. It takes you less than 5 minutes to get anywhere - from the beach to the front desk. Beach bar is open at 9am! I am an earlier riser so I was out at 5:15am to get a chair under some shade but there were plenty of chairs around during the week we went. Lots of fish under the dock and many people practiced snorkeling around that area. We ate at the Asian & Mexican specialty restaurant's and both were very good. Buffett's always had plenty of options. I never stay at the same place twice because you never know how good/bad a different resort is until you stay there yourself but I would not hesitate staying here again.

Iberostar never disappoints!
This is our 3rd stay at Iberostar and we still love it! The staff is just incredible! I didn't meet the cleaning staff but they were so great! From the food service, EVERYONE was so kind and helpful. I do need to give a special shout out to Fabian, Ediel, Alexia, and Victor. Fabian and Victor we met last year. They remembered us which makes this such a great experience! Ediel was my Wine Guy! From the entertainment staff, Sexy Jerry (Gerardo), Super Sexy (Humberto), and Sexy Freddy (Azael): So engaging and FUN. There was a young lady on entertainment that I didn't get her name that is so sweet and good at her job! There seeed to be more "games" played last year so was just a little disappointed that there wasn't more. The bartenders are all amazing. The Asian restaurant was by far our favorite. The Satay Chicken and Honey Glazed Salmon were our go-tos. OMG, the freshly made corn tortillas outside the pool restarurant was TO DIE FOR! Do NOT miss out on this experience! Check in and out was easy peasy. The wildlife on the property is also fantastic. PePe always puts a smile on everyone's faces. I can hardly wait for our next trip to Iberostar!! And a sidenote...last year we heard people voice their displeasure of having cruizers coming in for day passes. We have the opposite opinion. We met so many wonderful people that there just for the day. When asked how we like this resort, we always told them all the great things about this resort.

One of the best All Inclusive resorts
This place is doing something right. The staff are one of the best, can’t beat Mexican hospitality. Amazing people! We were greeted by Carolina at checkin and she was amazing all throughout our stay. We usually don’t like all inclusive resorts as they are always busy so we researched and this was one of the smaller ones. The rooms are in bungalows not big buildings so that was amazing. Rooms are clean and look like they have been recently renovated, shower and washrooms could use re grouting. The restaurants are great even the buffet, the Asian and Mexican are the best non buffets, special shout out to Maria at the taco stand. The beach, if its not windy the snorkelling is great by the pier, water shoes are a must as its very rocky. It’s not a smooth sandy entry into the water as Cozumel is more of a diving spot. Alike all resorts you do have to go early to get the prime chairs at the beach or pool. Overall a great resort almost feels like a mini ecological hotel with all the fauna and flora.

Amazing First Trip to Mexico – We’ll Be Back!
Our stay at Iberostar waves Cozumel was incredible! There was a great variety of food and dining options, so we always had something delicious to eat. We especially loved the Asian restaurant and the Asian night at the buffet—both were fantastic! The views were stunning, and we really enjoyed the relaxing jungle vibes throughout the resort. The staff was warm and welcoming, making our experience even better. Our room was clean and comfortable, adding to the overall great stay. The only small downside was that it was a bit difficult to find pool and beach chairs on one day of our trip. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations. This was our first trip to Mexico and our first time at this resort, and we’re already looking forward to coming back! Angel & Dan
