Great resort.
Great resort with amazingly friendly staff. They went out of there to make sure that they made or stay memorable. The resort’s focus on ecological sustainability was very thoughtful. We didn’t scuba but they have a pier that boats regularly pick up divers, which was great.

Would definitely recommend.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. Food wss all very good. Service outstanding. The resort setting was awesome. The nature. Foliage and wildlife all added to the experience. Jerry made activities fun and enjoyable. Assalin as well. Morning yoga/pilates with Manolo was a great way to start the day.

Five stars all the way!!
Our family of 10 spent an amazing week at Iberostar Cozumel. The food was amazing and so much better than any other resort I've been to. The buffet was every bit as good as the restaurants--Italian night and Asian nights were our favorites. Everything was so clean, but it was the staff the truly made it an amazing trip. Jerry, Beatriz, and Aza were fantastic actovoty directors and were so friendly. We did yoga and pliates with Manolo every morning. My husband and two sons did the discover scuba class and went diving with Tanya twice and LOVED it. They said that she was the best instructor and guide and made the dives so fun. We also loved all the wildlife--it felt like we were in the jungle! We will definitely return and would use Iberostar if traveling to other destinations.

Family of 28 all rate 5 stars!
5 stars we had a family gathering of 28 people. Mind you this is our second time visiting. We came back because it was such a great experience the first time. The food, staff and entertainment are absolutely fabulous. I must say a staff member named Yoania was especially helpful. She always had a smile on her face and was so kind. She made us feel so special and welcome. I booked a message and I felt like it was very good. Well worth the money for sure. I thought the pricing was very reasonable. We spent lots of time in the pool and the beach. There are great yoga and aerobics classes as well as games and activities for the whole family. The care this facility takes to care for the environment and be sustainable is so wonderful. We all appreciated this! Our whole family experienced a wonderful stay. Highly recommend coming here!

Top Notch All Inclusive Resort
The resort is top notch with excellent grounds, service, accommodations, food, activities and more. Manolo was amazing for yoga, pilates, and pool fit. The activities staff was excellent. Jerry, Assail, Betty and others were great in keeping everyone involved and making sure we had fun with games, activities, sports ect.. The shows were great. Rock night was especially good. The servers were all very attentive. All requests were handled in a timely manner. The food was delicious. We found the buffets just as good as any of the restaurants. There is always something for everyone. I am not a diver but some of my family is and they said the dive services were incredible. Both seasoned and new divers going out, attention was paid to both groups. I can not say enough good things about this place. Bars were great. There are plenty of chairs to lay out in at the pool. We had 10 people. The wildlife here is AMAZING. Peacocks, coati, tons of birds, iguanas, cats flamingos. Incredible
