Star Camp is free and part of the all-inclusive experience at Iberostar and features more than 140 age-based activities based on the approach and theory of multiple intelligences, which advocates personal growth through cooperation.

Another amazing trip to our favorite place! The staff at the Iberostar are amazing! You will not find another resort in Cozumel that offers the same services and friendly staff. The check-in process is seamless with Isabel, and Flo from guest services is kind and will help you with anything. The rooms are clean and the fridge is stocked daily. We eat at the buffet for all three meals, the buffets offer a great variety of food. Look for Cindy at the breakfast and lunch buffet. She will always greet you with a smile and she will be part of your family by the end of your stay. She is definitely a member favorite! The beach is beautiful, but bring water shoes if you intend to go in the ocean as it is rocky. The snorkeling is great with plenty of beautiful fish right in front of the resort. The star friends will keep you entertained throughout the day. Big Thank you to Jerry, Judy, Betty, and Azael for making our last two trips so much fun! Fabian the chef always makes sure he stops by whether we’re at the pool, eating, or walking around to make sure we have everything we need. There is a dive shop on resort, but we switched to Scuba Tony. He takes out smaller groups and we have had great dives with him. He will also pick you up right in front of the resort. I can’s say enough about this resort except we will keep coming back!! We have tried other resorts in Cozumel and nothing compares, especially the friendly staff. Give it a try, can’t wait to return.

Love Iberostar Wave for their staff and beautiful resort
One more wonderful trip to Iberostar Cozumel in the books! We had a relaxing and amazing week… The staff at Iberostar are all amazing, they keep us coming back several times a year. We’d like to especially thank Cindy for always taking good care of us, and making us smile everyday with her warm and witty charm! Her and her beautiful family have become ours. The Star Friends are a special group of talented young people who do an amazing job not only with the entertainment, but making us laugh and always checking in to see if we need anything. Thanks, Jerry, Judy, Betty, and Azael for all your care and keeping us entertained. Isabel is at the front desk and always greets us with a warm smile and a hug. She is wonderful and always so willing to help if we need anything.. Fabian is also amazing and he always makes a point to stop and check on us whether we’re in the buffet eating, or out by the pool. One last shout out to Flo, she also can be found at the front desk in the Guest Services area. She is also so kind and willing to make sure we have everything we need. We can’t say enough about this special place and the people who work there. We count the days and look forward to coming back….

Iberostar was amazing!
Iberostar was a perfect all inclusive resort - amazing beach, pools, views, wildlife and drinks! We were at the pool everyday; they had an amazing entertainment crew that played games, sang songs, and led dancing. Gerardo and his team were so friendly!! All of the staff was amazing!! Highly recommend this resort!

Entertainment Staff was phenomenal
Beautiful place to stay. Rooms were clean and the staff did a great job maintaining the room. The grounds were beautiful. The entertainment crew was phenomenal. Gerardo, Judith and Betti were great to be around and had great conversations with our group. And the food was really good, all different kinds of food as well so something for everyone.

Incredibly fun 40th birthday trip!!
Came to the resort to celebrate our friend’s 40th birthday and truly had an amazing time! The entertainment staff was top notch, Jerry, Betty and Judy really do a great job! They kept our group connected in what was going on everyday and by the end felt like true friends. The food was great and all the staff were friendly. Our rooms were nice and clean. 10/10 will be coming back in the future!
- AdvisoryThe Municipal Government will be charging all guests in the area of Cozumel an Environmental Sanitation Tax of a minimum $79.20 pesos, ($4.00 usd approximately) per room per night. Students/youth are considered by the hotel as any person between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy instituted for all bookings traveling in the months of March and April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:
- All student/youth groups must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
