Star Camp is free and part of the all-inclusive experience at Iberostar and features more than 140 age-based activities based on the approach and theory of multiple intelligences, which advocates personal growth through cooperation.

We vacationed at this resort in April and I can leave only positive feedback.Service and food were above our expectations.Very clean beach with crystal water ,many sun loungers ,very friendly staff who try to do everything for a great vacation.I read a lot of responses and was a little worried because I didn’t know who to trusted until I saw everything with my own eyes.We were very pleased with the experience and plan to return again in August, I advise everyone who reads the reviews , believe me , this is a great place for vacation .Thanks to all the staff for a great job.

I would not recommend a vacation at this resort. Many staff were extremely rude and disrespectful towards Americans. There were many families visiting that had the same experience. This was not a matter of rude Americans. This was a matter of individuals that did not treat Americans very well.

For me is a 4 Stars, the People are not Customer oriented, baby Pool worked hall of the State, jacuzzi broken hall of the State, some days don t have Ice for the drink, some days don t have to well a, I will not came back

Bayahibe beach is beautiful, but the Dominican staff make it the best beach in the world!
We are 4 families that came on vacation to Bayahibe in July ‘25. I wanted to give a big shootout to the people at the Prestige beach bar, beach kitchen, cafe and Star Prestige. The hotel is nice, but the true difference is made by the Dominican people that make us feel like home, always happy and giving personal service, making it a truly outstanding experience.

Family Reunion
Skip Punta Cana!! This place is a hidden gem on the La Romana beach away from the PC crowds and Sargassum. Lots of Latin tourists (and few Americans) make this destination feel outside the normal American style AI destination. Staff was amazing, facilities in great shape (except the weather worn outdoor Pool tables and Ping Pong (just needs some TLC). Food & drink (sometimes a miss at AI) were superb! Can't say enough good things about Spiaggio restaurant Steaks. Beach was spectacular and pools clean and not crowded. No issues with beach chairs and shade!

There was a complete renovation of its 528 rooms with high-tech installations and refurbishment of bathrooms and furniture. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behavior.
- In the event that any guest(s) engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical
damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s) without reimbursement or refund of the
remaining nights.
SPRING BREAK GROUPS POLICY - Students/youth are considered between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy for all bookings traveling March-April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:- Any student/youth group must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to leave refundable cash deposit per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
