Our wedding was beyond magical at the Hyatt Ziva. Alicia Alvarez a made our entire day easy from beginning to end. Aside from our memorable wedding, the food, the resort, the spa, and the facilities were all to the highest standard. So much so, that some of our wedding guests are booking future stays.

Perfect 10/10 for Multi-Generational Celebrations!
We recently celebrated a 60th birthday here with a party of eight, and this resort truly caters to every age group. Our group ranged from a teenager and a young couple to guests in their 50s/60s and even an 83-year-old—and everyone was equally impressed. Highlights of our stay: The Beach: Pristine, private, and very accessible for our older family members. Dining: Exceptional food and beverage quality across the board. Service: The staff is incredibly loyal and attentive; you can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience. Pro Tip: If you can, upgrade to the Club Level. The concierge service made coordinating a large group effortless and was worth every penny. We’re already planning our return trip!

This 4 Star Hotel Location is Good. Beach is Nice. Hotel Rooms Nice but showing age. We had a nice room on 10th floor after we requested a room change. The Food Selection and Quality was Poor. Disappointing, but we made the most of it. We would rate the food at 3 Star.

Lovely all-inclusive resort in Mexico with great staff
We visited Hyatt Ziva for a weekend wedding and had a lovely time! The location is picturesque and isolated from the rest of the world (in a good way). You'll hear the surf constantly with unobstructed views of the sunset and even whales! It is not ideal if you want to explore the city (ubers are easily ordered but it's outside the main area) but with an all-inclusive there's little reason to leave! The staff were the true superstars. Sofia reached out weeks in advance to make sure they had everything prepared for our arrival. Bartenders Tony and Jesus kept our cups filled all day, including having pina coladas ready for us as soon as we turned around in the swim up bar. Everyone was courteous, kind, and fun! Food was solid for an all-inclusive, though we recommend ordering food one cook stage lower than you like (if you get medium, order rare). The best food was always the Mexican food (fantastic tacos and guacamole) and the breakfast buffet (crispy bacon!). We recommend staying here.

Can't wait to go back!
I've been to numerous all inclusive resorts and while they have all been good, I don't think I would go back to any with the exception of Hyatt Ziva! We were there for 8 days and I could have stayed another couple of weeks. Hands down the most amazing resort I've ever been to! Would go back in a second and absolutely recommend it!
