At the casa cortez restaurant, Israel , Marianna , bryant were magnificent and very courteous , quick and kind. Made our visit here so much more pleasurable.

2nd visit
2nd visit to this resort. Staff was excellent. Room was clean and housekeeping came daily. A lot of different food options. Would definitely come back a third time

Best place for families and couple in Los Cabos
I absolutely had the best time visiting Hyatt Ziva Los Cabo’s. The service was absolutely outstanding. We went with a big group of 8 ranging from 8-65 and everyone had an amazing time. Jorge Rivera had everyone covered from drinks to helping navigate what to eat to what was happening later on in the evening. If you are looking for a place to stay stop here. The views of the beach and the service is 10/10.

We had a lovely time last weekend on our trip to Cabo for a wedding (offsite). Check in was a breeze. The staff was super nice and friendly the whole time. We did yoga on by the pool and had 10AM pina coladas. I give it a 4 because most of the food was just okay. Nothing to write home about. Except the French Restaurant. That one was amazing. We each had a few appetizers and some of us had two entrees. One of the elevators in building 3 was broken and the other was so small and so slow. I also found it very annoying that the infinity pool - with the view of the beach - basically only had cabanas for purchase.
