Great Vacation
We stayed at Hyatt Ziva for 6 days 5 nights. We had two rooms for our family of 5 ( my husband, myself, and our 3 adult children). The food and entertainment were great! But I think what makes this place extra special is the staff. They are amazing! Everyone we interacted with went above and beyond! A couple of exceptional staff experiences we had were with Mario our waiter at the buffet for breakfast and lunch. He was especially attentive and so hard working. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Margarita was another staff member we wanted to mention. She was our hostess at the buffet and she made you feel so special and welcomed. You truly felt like a member of her family! Lastly we wanted to mention Alejandro Torro from the Adult pool. He gave us the most exceptional service every time we went to the pool. Thank you Hyatt Ziva for a wonderful and very relaxing vacation!

Best place to run and relax
This resort was good if you are traveling with children. If you are traveling, only adults just stay away from the kids club and if you are traveling with kids, there’s a kid only private night on the beach night on the beach there will be shows. For girls grow up if you’re traveling only adults they also have unlimited alcohol. There are six very nice pools. If you get lucky, you might even get a swim up room! One pool that is in the spa is adults only. There’s even a swim up bar!

For our first all inclusive experience they set the bar extremely high! After doing a cruise in october there is no comparison! We have never been so pampered and taken care of! The staff was amazing at every turn! Perfect vacation wouldnt change a thing!

Service and Experience Perfected.
From the leadership we met (Antonio and Brenda) down to our butler (Apolinar) and everyone else we encountered (Alejandro and Misael at the pool), housekeeping and any other staff encountered on property, we were treated like family. Guests will review smaller details such as the rooms, which are huge and well appointed, to the food, which can be hit or miss depending on the day, but service stands out. The service permeates all levels of function and is the reason why we will return. I can be comfortable in many other places, but to be regarded with such anticipation, knowledge, and care is truly why tourism is the number one industry in this region. Hyatt programming is on point for any age group. San Jose Cabo is much quieter than Cabo San Lucas and that’s a great thing. Consider carefully how you will spend your hard earned dollars. Don’t be swayed by reviews that are extreme either way. This review truly encapsulates the level of premium service you should expect traveling far to reach this destination. The only disappointment is not staying longer. The people of Los Cabos are phenomenal. Hyatt hit a home run with this resort PS I travel in a wheelchair. I have expectations, I travel extensively. I had zero issues moving around or enjoying every inch of this property.

Expectations exceeded!
I went with my family for vacation and it was the most amazing experience! Everything was so clean and well kept. The servers were incredibly friendly, waited on you hand and foot, and always greeted you with a smile. The entertainment staff did an amazing job at encouraging people to participate in the activities, and they were all super fun! There was always a range of options to choose from. We became friends with a few of the staff members, which only enriched our experience. Everyone else that worked behind the scenes to make things run smoothly are also greatly appreciated. The restaurants and dining options were plentiful as well. I definitely want to come back! One suggestion I would have is to teach some dance lessons! I know a few employees there know some salsa or some other forms of dance, and I bet if you opened some classes to the public people would join. Other than that, it was an incredible trip!!!
