This was a lovely resort. Not the spot if you're always looking for action and parties, but a perfect fit for couples and small friend groups looking to unplug and relax. It gives a grown and sexy vibe! We stayed in the Vantage Club Level Golf/Oceanview room. We thought we were going to be disappointed not being on a beachfront property but this resort and the views from this room category did not disappoint - at all! The room was very comfortable, spacious and well appointed. This is an 18 hole golf resort - perfect for the golfer. The resort is located in the hotel zone - easy in/out and accessible by taxi to all the zone shops, bars and restaurants if you want to skip off the property. This is not a oceanfront property but they have a beautiful off property private beach club that's just a short 10 minute ride away. It's really a short ride to get there you won't mind hanging out there the whole day. The resort provides free shuttle service that runs every 15 minutes. The food and bar at the club were good and the menu offered a good variety of choices. The main pool was large and there were lots and lots of pool loungers, hammocks, and cabanas. The rooftop pool was also splendid and offered a nice view on the bayside. There are still other areas of the property under construction, like the courts (basketball, tennis, volleyball) courts and the other adjacent that's scheduled to open in 2025 but none of it was bothersome or in the way. There was no loud construction disturbances. Which was great! We dined at all of the restaurants, including the little cute food truck at the main pool area and really enjoyed the service and food. We were able to get into all the a la cart restaurants without a reservation, but a couple had wait times. Passing the time at the made it easy. If you're traveling during peak season when it's busier, use the app to make your reservations. I'm sure it can get pretty busy. Nightly entertainment was provided by a live solo musician - guitarist, violinist, saxophonist, etc. that played jazz and popular tunes. I told you grown & sexy! There were games and other activities by the poolside and throughout the day and evening in the main lounge area. Overall great stay and we definitely would stay again.

The pool Bar and restaurant on Top is incredible the bicycles inside the pool and the instructor it was very professional. the coffee Bar expected the best of the best and the staff general very friendly and professional. we arrived in rental car and every time it was a valet parking very efficient

The bed is so comfortable and it has an amazing view. The food is also good. I would just say it need’s better entertainment and more things for guest to do on the resort. If you enjoy quietness then you may enjoy it. The hotel workers are nice and responsive.

I was pleasantly surprised for my first visit to a Hyatt all inclusive. I generally stay at secrets resorts. It exceeded my expectations, the food was better than I anticipated. We were there 2 days during the hurricane, so entertainment was a little lacking because everything was planned for outdoors. Roger and Penelope from the entertainment team went out of their way to greet us everyday and make sure we knew of the activities. The Japanese and Italian restaurants were our favorites. Sunsets on the rooftop were amazing. Carlos and Israel from the vantage bar took fabulous care of us!

Good location and nice views and amazing beach club.
Overall a good all inclusive for 300 per night. Food was pretty good in all the restaurants. The only thing I didn't like was the pizza. Everything else was perfect. The beach club a huge plus and well done !
