    Amazing trip!!!!!

    100% recommend this for a couple or family-- truly think it could be a good fit for both! The room was perfect-- at check-in Fred moved us to a room with a better view, in a quieter spot and we are so grateful! He provided such amazing service throughout our stay!! The food on site is great and there's additional options nearby. The amount of pools is incredible, it never felt really crowded. Totally recommend renting an ocean view cabana. The beach in front of the resort was definitely usable I was there almost daily and it has great snorkeling-- I saw two sea turtles!! The customer service overall was amazing. The penguins! So special! My only minuscule complaint was the bed was a bit firm for my tastes--overall, things couldn't be better.

    Great short stay

    We had a one night stay here and it was great. June at check in was amazing. She moved our room for better access when she saw mom with walking cane. She also gave my kid a Hyatt Regency stuffy. He still has it. She really made us feel so welcomed even thought it was for one night stay. The resort is big with multiple buildings. The walking path at the front along the beach goes for miles. Turtle rock by post office down the highway is amazing snorkeling spot. The lounge was ok. Really love the resident penguins and swans. My son loved the water slide, water play area and hanging bridge. The hot tub also has such amazing view of the beach. The room was perfect for us with very modern bathroom. The bathrobe was so pretty. Overall, great short stay. Would love to stay longer next time.

    Beautiful property with great amenities for families

    Beautiful property with great amenities. The staff are all amazing!! Ability to use the Hyatt property next door is great because there are good food options for kids. The animals and the caretaker presentation were a highlight for my kids. The beach in front of the workout center and spa was great. The whole area is dealing with beach restoration but the area in front of Hyatt is the best out of all the properties up and down the beach. It is also smaller waves which is great for kids.
