Great quick weekend trip
They have done a great job enhancing the experiences there. Golf cart transportation is very nice as well. Breakfast was very good!

Acknowledging Anthony
Nori was a great experience to have dinner and our server Anthony was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. Suck a kind spirit. He made this a night to remember!

Private paradise with 5 star service!
My husband and I originally booked for just one night but loved it so much, we extended our stay. The hotel feels incredibly private and peaceful—even when it’s busy. The pool was amazing, the beach was beautiful and secluded, and the service was honestly the best we’ve experienced in Puerto Rico. Our room was super spacious and comfortable, and the food at both the steakhouse and buffet was outstanding. We’re already planning to come back for a longer stay!

I will start by saying the facilities are beautiful and the weather was great. Unfortunately, we left perplexed by a number of things. 1. The resort boasts a number of places to eat but all of which had different times they opened and closed. There were multiple days where we wanted to have dinner only to find out that a specific restaurant was closed. We would ask the employees and no one could tell us when or if a restaurant was closed. It was very, very frustrating. 2. Wait staff. They did not want to be there. In many instances, they came across as short and rude and bothered. The wait staff around the pool rarely stopped by even if we had the red flag displayed indicating we want to order drinks or food. 3. The pool. There was iguana poop and throw up in the pool and it took forever to get someone to clean it up. It was disgusting and unsanitary and there was no sense of urgency.
