Hyatt Provides Excellent Customer Experience
The Hyatt Regency Aruba is Extraordinary in many ways. The General Manager, Gabriel Castrillon, has expertly Managed the resort for the past several years. From the start, when you arrive at the resort in your vehicle, you are immediately welcomed by a smiling and happy man. Meet James. Now your vacation can begin. The Front Desk staff are customer-centric and will assist in making your stay a memorable one. If you need the expert services of the Concierge, Coral, who has been with the Hyatt for 35 years can certainly assist you as well. Trankilo Pool is not only tranquil, it is heavenly. Magdalena, Torres, Fior, Kenneth and Marlene will ensure your Trankilo experience exceeds your expectations. Staying at Hyatt Aruba is like being with family. For breakfast and/or lunch, atThe Palms, you are being served high quality food from superior preparers and servers. The Palms has an All-Star Team: Debi, Willy, Rinalya, Glenna, Danilo, Bernard, Dolores, Giovanna, Milton, Luz, the Egg Lady (I apologize for forgetting her name and for inadvertently leaving anyone else out of this Review). Dinner at Ruinas Del Mar was better than expected. The food was excellent, as anticipated, however, our expert Server, Janet R., enhanced the dining experience exponentially. Janet has been working and smiling at The Hyatt for the past 35 years. Zoia Spa is an absolute must. Jinayla, the Front Desk Customer Service Representative will expertly assist you with their menu of delicious services. The Massage Therapists, Olga and Elvira, are incredible. Thank you again. Lastly, the Kadushi Juice Bar is so very good. Thank you Tricia. The Hyatt Regency Aruba is a singular treasure of Palm Beach. A Beautifully landscaped property with a very nice beach; great pools: in addition to Trankilo, the Adults Only Pool, it has a more extensive and larger pool area, with a water slide and a swim-up bar. It has Excellent Dining options; however, all things being equal, the staff are extraordinary. Thank you and thank all the staff. Bon Bini. One Happy Island.

Nice hotel grounds but just an Ok experience.
The hotel is beautiful but it's lacking hospitality. The food wasn't good and expensive and it was the same menu for the palms restaurant as it was next to the pool or the bar which was limiting. We ordered nachos and they didn't even get that right. The bed was so firm that it gave us backaches and the pillows didn't support you at all. We booked a cabana and they didn't tend to us in a diligent manner. The drink prices are exorbitant too. And they don't have things like a bucket or beers or pitchers or anything. Many get their own from the market across the street and drink out of their own containers because it is just too much. The pool is also so small and people feel crammed in it. The tranquility adult pool is better to lounge at. We wanted our socks to be knocked off and it didn't deliver.

Visit #7 - our happy place is one happy island!
This was our seventh visit to the Hyatt Regency Aruba, but our very first time bringing the kids (ages 9 and 11), and it was just as magical as ever! Despite a streak of unusually rainy weather (which we know is rare for Aruba), we still had an incredible time. The resort is simply stunning.. lush, beautifully maintained grounds, and the atmosphere is peaceful yet fun. The rooms are immaculate and spacious. We had no problem with all four of us in one room—plenty of space and an amazing view that we never get tired of. The kids were especially enchanted by the animals around the property. While there did seem to be fewer birds than in past years, it’s still one of our favorite touches that makes the Hyatt feel so unique and special. Our kids had a great time chatting with ChiChi and Bibi, And really enjoyed the wildlife tour! We’ve noticed how the resort continues to invest in keeping everything fresh and well-maintained. From the pools to the restaurants to the beach area, everything is top-notch. Yes, it’s a bit of a splurge but every dollar spent here goes toward unforgettable memories. We’ll be back again for visit number eight, no question!

A wonderful celebration of mother-in-law's 80th Birthday!
Chronologically, we arrived and were met by the most attentive and helpful bell attendants. Check-in was seamless. As we arrived early, our room was not yet ready. Our luggage was tagged and later transferred to our rooms. Since we are Globalists, we were given access to the Regency Club where we waited for the room to open while enjoying some treats. In the Regency Club we were offered a celebratory toast of champagne for my mother-in-law's 80th birthday! Soon the room was ready and we were officially on vacation. My mother-in-law's room was upgraded and the concierge sent a beautiful cake and cheese plate for her welcome amenity! The Globalist tier of The World of Hyatt program is undoubtedly the best top tier benefit around! We have Titanium Elite with Marriott and where possible, we choose Hyatt. Some additional information: I would like to acknowledge the staff of the Regency Club, especially Jacky, Ligia, and Fany. They were prompt, friendly, helpful, and professional. We were met with immeasurable warmth and personal touches. Thank you, Jacky, Ligia, and Fany for helping us to start our days with joy and sunshine! The adult-only Tranquilo pool provided a much needed respite and would not have been the same without the personal touches and assistance of Fior. Thank you, Fior, for conversation, for smiles, for impeccable service! We had dinner for my mother-in-law's 80th birthday at Ruinas del Mar. Service was extraordinary! Martin M. Montana Gomez was the server and we enjoyed conversation about our travels to his birth country - Bogota, Colombia. He was knowledgeable about menu options and accommodating of the many food preferences of our 3 children. Thank you, Martin, for your patience and professionalism! Our final dinner was held at Piccolo where Marc was our server. And, wow, another experience that will be indelibly etched in our memories. Marc was kind, reassuring, knowledgeable, and engaging! We'd also like to say thank you to Denzil at Piccolo for his help and humor! For the aforementioned reasons and many more, we will return to Hyatt Regency Aruba! Thank you for a wonderful time!
