Not worth the hype major disappointment
As a family we only get one vacation a year and it’s meant to be a special moment like others. This year was extra special as we got the extended family to come as well. We were also celebrating 4 birthdays! Let’s just say not the easiest hotel to navigate with booking extras, concierge’s limited help, you get a lot of not my job go here. I had book decorations for three rooms which all together we paid close to 20K for just the rooms. However we show up no decorations apparently the order was never placed meanwhile I had emails confirming. Ofcourse being upset the hotel just said sorry and told me to just enjoy my trip and not let this thing ruin it. O and let me not forget to mention in the amount you pay for the room beach and pool seating not available you have to pay for umbrella and chairs. For being also a Hyatt member was treated poorly, service horrible. This trip needing to be special was a disappointment. Pick a different hotel.

Our Happy Place!
Been to Aruba probably 15 times and second time at the Hyatt! It was fabulous from start to finish. The grounds were beautiful, clean room and staff was great. We will be back!

Hoping for a prayer 🙏!!
I travel a lot and feel in love with your Hotel and Regency Club but I see it might be under construction. I was looking to return late September, early November. Will it be done or is going to be removed as a option. I pray you and your wonderful Hotel keeps the Regency Club, the lady's are wonderful and it adds so much to the experience of the trip, it was my second time experiencing a Regency Club and they are amazing!!. Please advise if you can. Thank you.

Amazing Stay at the Hyatt – Aruba Is a Dream!
Aruba has now become my favorite destination. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency and it was amazing! The room was beautiful, the view spectacular, loved how they had the beach chaises set up so you could reserve them. A gentleman would carry the chair cover and a towel out for you and put it on. The food was amazing and the staff couldn't be friendlier. 5 stars 😁

Sooooo sad
Love it and planning to go again this September but ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️, the new owner is taking away the Regency Club, as of Aug 1, 2025. I know our room included it and it was not free at least $200 per day added to the fee. A free breakfast will not do. I WILL CANCEL and go to the Marriott they have a wonderful club if you stay there. Unreal what the new owner has done to a great Hyatt hotel
