bad experience with family i am on vacation rooms are terrible mold in room 'furniture is broken ' ants running in rooms ' I talked to the manager she said we can't do anything you book with expidia ' so talked to them ' staff are not friendly also

First time at this hotel and won't be the last. We loved it. The only thing that should be improved is the breakfast. But better than nothing. And it's included.

Overpriced for average amenities - the free breakfast and the blackout curtains were the only saving grace. Staff was very friendly and housekeepers did a good job cleaning the room . The tech however is outdated and barely functional, and the WIFI was very slow. Overall, 3 out of 5 stars.

Great experience, quiet relaxing place
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Manati due to my dad going through a surgery at a nearby hospital. I had a wonderful experience thanks the staff who were attentive, welcoming and professional. They made check-in smooth and efficient after I was experiencing a few long tiring days. The assistant manager in particular, went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable through my stay. What stood out the most was her genuine dedication to great customer service, she truly shows that she cares and fully understands her role and is a great example for other teammates. I recommend the Hyatt Place Manati to anyone that is looking for a quiet and relaxing place.

Great stay
Great location, close to Expressway PR-22. Travel time was 35 minutes from San Juan and 30 minutes to Camuy. Room was very clean and staff is friendly and responsable. Close to many beaches on the north coast. Lots of food places around hotel and within driving distance. Highly recommend!
