The Hyatt was the best place to stay to get away from the crowds but still get the full experience if needed. The staff made us feel like family and treated us with kindness and care. We plan to come back and enjoy more time in Aruba at Hyatt Place

Great location for the night before departure to head home from aruba. Breakfast was excellent. $12 per night for parking. Staff friendly, did not use the pool but it looked lovely.

Best hotel for you business visits
This is the best hotel when you have business meeting in Aruba. It close to the airport and the hotel have all you need for your business stay.

Convenience and comfort
Great location, comfy rooms and comfy bed. It feels so good. Views were great. Service at the restaurant was awesome.

Rooms need to be cleaner, linens need to be cleaner, they appeared gray. A musty smell that rugs harbor if not cleaned consistently. Staff response is super slow. Breakfast food is basic but they take it away 15 minutes before breakfast ends. They rush to take the coffee away. They should leave coffee out after then 10 am. Very disappointed. 10 min walk to airport is the benefit.
