    Best staff ever!!!!!

    The hotel is in a pretty good location. It’s nice, clean, and fairly quiet. We never had an issue sleeping, but they do provide earplugs for light sleepers. Plenty of space, and bathrooms were clean and plenty of water pressure and hot water for the shower. The staff are absolutely amazing literally from the time you attempt to open the door. Pablo was right there and made sure he got the door for us as well as all other concierge during our stay. The girls at the desk, the bar staff (CJ, Jorge, Javy, Francisco), everyone was incredible. They definitely made the stay extra special. You actually get something with your resort fees besides access to the pool. Whether it’s a yoga class, tequila tasting, guacamole class, or even riding the bicycles they have out front. This place was perfect.

    Great managers !!

    Amazing managers and staff they went above and beyond to make us happy . Clean and comfortable rooms !! Would highly recommend. House keeping did a great job !! location is amazing close to all entertainment ! Breakfast was good . Would love to visit again !!

    Hyatt Centric Playa Del Carmen, in general a clean, good & safe place to stay.

    The hotel is great, got a big pool, roof top restaurant & bar. The food & selection needs improvement. Some of the "fees" were not disclosed at the beginning & didn't make any sense to us. Is closer to the main avenue, easy to walk almost everywhere. The staff are helpful, friendly & very courteous.

    Amazing Hotel

    Soraya was absolutely amazing ! Great hotel and has the best rooftop pool in playa del Carmen! Staff were so attentive.. They have a DJ on Fridays on the rooftop which is great and you get to see the scenery of Playa. Close proximity to mall area

    Amazing!

    When you arrive you feel like you are at home, everything feels warm and welcoming. Francisco is the best barman you could ever ask! Don’t fear to forget about JC the captain and not even mention about Julieta the waiter! All of them are amazing just like they know. I’m definitely coming back for some delicious mezcalitas:)
