Awesome hotel , great location and amazing service from all staff members. Rooms are spacious and cleaned to perfection! We will always stay at this hotel when visiting Key West!

Location and water view was the best.
Love, love, love this resort. The location was perfect, close to everything and easily walkable to the marina, Mallory Square, museums etc. The water view was lovely and could be enjoyed from sitting at the pool bar, the restaurant, the dock/beach and our room balcony. This resort was also super dog friendly, it made it so much easier to travel with our pup. They even had a special dog menu at the bar. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Aimee and Sasha at the Key West Hyatt were incredible. We are so grateful for their kindness during our struggles with a rental car with no charging adapter (EV noobs). Being Canadian, we were a little nervous travelling in the US...but Aimee and Sasha made us feel welcome and cared for - Aimee's sense of humor and kindness made the difficult experience a little easier and Sasha's willingness to go out of his way to help...even to the extent of going to his sister's house to try to find her adapter while she was out of town...just incredible people those two...I truly hope this gets back to them. Unfortunately, I only had Canadian and Colombian (we were on our way home from Colombia) cash on me...which...well...weren't much of a tip - so I need to find another way to thank them... Oh, and the room was spotless, smelled SOOO clean and the bed was HELLA comfy! Well done Hyatt, you have a customer for life. Please tell Aimee and Sasha I will find a way to thank them!

Excellence
You know what you're getting with a Hyatt Centric property but this Resort was way up and over expectations. Staff, ambience, food, rooms, and over all amenities. The pool was great but we fully used and enjoy their beach area. We had a ton of recommendations from friends, no one mentioned the Hyatt Centric... their missing out. We wouldn't stay anywhere else after this past stay. THANKS HYATT AND THANKS CENTRIC KEY WEST. Ohhh the sunsets from there are second to non... Best ones we saw on the island were at the Resort.

The hotel is really good. Pleasant rooms, comfortable beds, and a large bathroom. The overall atmosphere is very pleasant and peaceful. The pool is acceptable; it's the best possible for the environment, but it's good. Expensive for what's offered, but it’s worth it. Wonderful location. I recommend it and would stay again.
