A beautiful setting, everyone is so kind and helpful. Make sure you grab breakfast you won't be disappointed! There is even a turtle sanctuary and their resident Parrot Odie. You can't beat the view it is amazing and it is a very close walk to Duval Street.

Our family (my wife and I plus our four adult sons) stayed at the Hyatt Centric the first week of October 2026. We had one King Premium Ocean View room with a terrace and two rooms with two queens and partial ocean views. Everything about our stay was excellent—from check-in to check-out. The front desk, bell staff, housekeeping, restaurant, and bar teams were all outstanding. Friendly, helpful, and professional the entire week. The main reason we chose this resort was the unbeatable location and the Southpoint Divers boat docked right at the hotel. Diving was easy and first-rate—highly recommend them. The location is perfect. Our sons enjoyed the short walk to the nightlife, while my wife and I loved the quick stroll to the marina. We walked everywhere—no need for a car or paid parking. The pool bar and on-site restaurant were also great spots to unwind after diving or exploring town. Would absolutely stay here again. Excellent service, ideal location, and a true Key West experience.

Best experience in Key West
Very nice hotel in Key West close to the Durval St, bars and restaurants. Services are great, swimming pool is nice, in front of the ocean, sunset was great, everything perfect !

PERFECTION!
Our very favorite spot in Key West. You can't go wrong here. Love the pool and lagoon, watching the boats go by. Walking distance to so many places. Go left to the wharf, go right to Duval, food options every where but the food at the hotel is delicious. We had the most amazing service from Jason & Raj & all the front desk staff, bartenders & wait staff. The rooms are clean, quiet & cool. I can't say enough. Our 3rd visit of many to come! Thank you everyone!!!

Great family location.
Family of 4 visited key west and loved the resort. We didn’t do enough research about how great the location was but did realize once we got there. Kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the shade after a long day of exploring in the sun. Rooms were really nice
