Gorgeous property the turtles were a great surprise. The water is so tasty. I want to buy into Hyatt timeshares now. I am definitely going back. The food is amazing full of flavors bursting in your mouth simultaneously. I am a new fan of Hyatt properties.

Loved the Hyatt
The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the room was very clean and well stocked. This hotel is in an excellent location walkable to both Duval St and the Seaport. We've been to Key West 7 times and stayed at 7 different hotels and we enjoyed the Hyatt the most.

Fantastic Summer vacation
Bed super comfy , shower was awesome, room very large , staff were super friendly , sparkling water in lobby was wonderful, location couldn’t be better. Having worked in the industry for 25 years I’m not easily impressed. Great job to your entire team.

This place charges almost $400 per night with six(6) different fees and/or taxes, plus they charge you $40 a day to park in their parking lot!!! At all the bars affiliated with this hotel, the drinks were weak, for the cost. I work hard for my money. Don't like giving it away. Won't be returning.

Great location. Easy to navigate the property. Check in was very easy. Got our room a little earlier so that was nice. Bag person was very helpful. We didn't feel the hotel was dated or showing wear. We were in a 2 queen partial ocean view room. View was of the neighbor hotel's pool and partial ocean view. The tub had an unusual high wall to get into and out of so found that difficult at first. Room was cleaned daily. We used the fridge w no issue. Room was as cold as it could get with being in Key West. Bed was very comfortable. Four Flamingos was very cute and we luckily had free breakfast as it was a bit costly. Pool is small. Service was excellent at the pool. We went down around 2 and had no issue getting two shaded chairs. Checkout was just as seamless and easy.
