    Vacay 2k25

    My stay at the Rui Plaza was awesome. The hotel is very celan and my room was beautiful. I had many relaxing days at the pool. The entire staff service was very friendly. I will be returning to Panama with my family for the summer and no doubt will be staying at this property again.

    Breakfast was very good as well and had a wide variety to choose from daily, my friends and I definitely enjoyed it.

    Amazing Stay at Hitel Riu Plaza Panama

    I had a great time, the staff was amazing. I don’t know everyone’s name but the breakfast staff, the restaurant and bar staff, the check in staff. The names I know who were great, Orlando, Nataly, Edison, Luz, Arturo and one other waitress that I can’t remember her name.

    Excellent Customer Service

    Excellent customer service and the 2 gentleman who served us daily at breakfast was amazing, Edison and Ronald they both deserve a raise of pay. I was also treated to complimentary cake and fruits on my bday so that top my experience there.

    Enjoyable Property

    The hospitality of this location was second to none! They were very accommodating. The breakfast was great and provided so many tasty options. The pool lounge with music, cocktails and food was a bonus. Great job RIU.
