    Wonderful experience

    My spouse and I enjoyed our stay so much we that we were sad going back to our home country. It would be nice to get a complimentary stay..😊😊. We are planning a family trip and we'll be back . We had a wonderful time. Special thanks to Lionel our tour guide,Juan our bell boy, Edison and luis our breakfast waiters, Estuardo our breakfast supervisor and Antonella our poolside waitress. We miss you Rui family

    Nice stay

    Everything is great besides it being an all-inclusive hotel like their branch in the Bahamas. Breakfast, lunch and dinner should be included in your stay. That's how I like it.

    Beautiful on the outside

    Had to change rooms multiple times due to cleanliness issues and aged facilities that are not becoming of a 4 star hotel. I believe they are trying to constantly put a bandaid on obvious wounds. The manager tried to handle it as best she could by moving me a 3rd time. But even that room was just acceptable. I couldn't afford to waste any more time checking out and into a new hotel. So, I made it work. Additionally, I wasn't able to enjoy the bar and restaurant late at night because they turned off the air-conditioning in the bar and common areas after 9 pm. Unfortunately, I will not stay here again until the hotel undergoes major renovations and changes its policy around the shutting the ac off, making the guest miserable.
