    Beautiful Property

    Rui Plaza Panama was amazing! The view of the city was incredible! The service was great! 10/10 The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. The buffet was wonderful, a wide variety I enjoyed the local fruits and they were delicious!

    Great Location, Excellent Food

    Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very clean, staff responsive to your needs and centrally located to access to many attractions. The food is that good = 100%.

    Exceptional

    My time at Riu was well spent!! The staff were the sweetest and most welcoming. The food was awesome and the hotel is amazing! Riu owe me nothing 😁🙌🏾

    Stay at Riu in Panama City (Marbella)

    Overall, the physical property was excellent. We were on a ‘quiet’ floor (27) in a suite, but it was a little noisy (near elevator). A little bit crowded. Breakfast had a nice presentation and selection, but again quite busy around 9:30am. Last day (Monday) had breakfast at 7:30 and much less crowded. Wish there was a bit more live entertainment available in the hotel. Seems to only be available midweek Tues-Thurs in the lobby bar. Several nice restaurants nearby (walking distance).

    Perfect Location

    Hotel Riu Plaza Panama was perfect for our stay, it was centrally located making uubers easily accessible. The property was beautiful and esthetically pleasing in some areas. Great city views form the rooms. My only complaint was the crown level lounge not allowing you to take snacks and beverages out of the lounge, it was weird. Nonetheless I recommend this property.
