This was our first time booking the Hotel Indigo, and we would highly recommend it. In the past, we stayed at other hotels on Seven Mile Beach, but the rooms at this property are new and so much better. The pool area was staffed by some excellent pool attendants who were always very thoughtful and kept us super comfortable at all times. Thank you to the pool team! The housekeeping staff made sure our room was refreshed every day and also did an excellent job. We appreciate your attentiveness. We also loved the sparkling and still water station in the hallway. We look forward to returning again and will definitely book the Hotel Indigo. Thank you to the front desk staff for making this trip memorable.

Impressive Experience Thanks to Exceptional Staff
Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman truly shines because of its amazing staff and excellent service. Having stayed at Seafire many times we were initially hesitant about trying Hotel Indigo, but any concerns we had were quickly put to rest thanks to the exceptional staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make the stay special. A special thank you to our friend Clavella and Nicholas at breakfast and the amazing Tarren, front office supervisor - who, together with everyone else made our stay very memorable. The hotel feels elegant, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with a team that delivers a level of care and attention you expect from a high-end property. The only drawback is that rooms facing the road can be noisy and offer a less appealing view, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. That said, the service easily makes up for this and overall, Hotel Indigo exceeded expectations and stands confidently alongside Seafire. We would absolutely stay here again - we have our next trip planned already.

A beautiful hotel with superior customer service.
There are not enough words to recommend this beautiful establishment. From the moment you walkthrough the door you are incredibly pampered. Mark and Angeline at the desk are so kind and very customer service oriented. Rohan texted us everyday day to see if we needed anything. And if we did she was right on top of it. Lwandi our car valet was so sweet and always had a kind word to say. The camera are so quick and will get you any transportation needed. Our room was immaculately cleaned everyday. (And always with a smile) Newton at the pool always asked about your day and he was so wonderful with the pool and towels and always checking in on us. We ate at Pom Pom the rooftop restaurant and we were thrilled by all of it. The views are amazing and the food was incredible. The Catalina restaurant we went everyday for breakfast…. Every single person from Reception- hostess- food preparer , wait staff , they do an INCREDIBLE JOB! Beyond excellence. They remember your name where you are from- what your likes and dislikes are. And you never wait for anything as the teamwork is unbelievable As far as the food- I was elated as they clearly listed all of the allergens for all of the food . There are choices for all types,Vegan-Vegetarian-and all of the in between. We have stayed at other 5 star places in grand cayman but the staff here outstanding in all categories. The design and feel to this hotel is just fantastic. You have to see it to believe it. The hotel pictures on line do not do it justice.

Peace and Calm in the Cayman Islands
Location: Hotel Indigo is situated on the west bay part of the island and is about 15 minutes from the airport. While not directly on the beach - you have a 400meter short walk to Bonny Moon Beach Club. Which is a popular beach club on seven mile beach. You are walking distance to Kimpton Seafire, Mykonos Steakhouse and Coccoloba Bar. The walk to the beach is really short (it does involve you taking stairs) or you can have the valet take you via golf cart. There is a small mini mart at one of the local buildings but it is pricey. The room has numerous charging ports, mini fridge, tea kettle and strong wifi to stay connected. Bonny Moon has wifi and even saw a few people working at the beach. Room: My room 322 was clean and decorated with a beautiful contemporary Caribbean & West African decor. My room was advertised as a pool view but I could not see the pool and was stuck looking at trees with the pockets of ocean in the background. The standard 'pool' view rooms are spacious and new with no wear and tear. There is an ice machine and water station on each floor so I highly recommend you bring a reusable cup to stay hydrated. No coffee maker - the coffee is the tea bag type and the tea brand is Palais du The Food: I only grabbed coffee at Alula and had lunch/dessert at Catalina. Try out the date cake at Catalina! The coffee blend at Alula Cafe is excellent and they serve really good lattes. The food at Bonny Moon is excellent. I personally found the food at Hotel Indigo more expensive compared to offsite restaurants I dined at (Bonny Moon, Paradise Pizza and Tillies). Highly recommend the chicken sandwich, flatbread and sushi at Bonny Moon. Check out PomPom which is the rooftop bar and has an amazing sunset view. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT- put the Cayman lemonade on the menu at all restaurants as this is delicious and a refreshing drink! Recommendations: Rent a car if you can! Rental companies will drop/pickup the vehicle at the hotel if you request it. Get your taxi to take you to grocery store if necessary. Dining and food on the island is higher than most Caribbean islands. Restaurants will auto add 18% gratuity + conversion is 1USD=1.25KYD, so if you are price sensitive - take note. Example - a single latte will run you 12USD and a single pastry at Alula will run you 16USD give or take.

Wonderful hotel, view, gardens, pool and beach. a lovely 5 star experience where you are greeted by your name. Friendly, and professional service. Food was excellent , without being overwhelmed by volume. Will defintely return!
