    Need to update and was a miss for me.

    Stayed here for couple of days. Location of this resort is great, views of Arenal volcano are exceptional. Check-in was quick, but not sure about over the top explanation of the resort by the front desk. We got a lower level room which I was not happy about and the front desk told me that I will be moved to upper level, but they never looked into it. The room looked aged to me, they need to update them. The hot tub in the room also looked old, we had trouble operating it as the controls were worn out. Morning breakfast was really good, I would say that was the best of this resort. I stayed in an Airbnb with similar amenities and views of Arenal for a far lower price . For me it was a miss and would not recommend.

    Great location, beautiful place and excellent view to the forest and the volcano. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Services at restaurants and bars is slow.

    Absolutely fantastic! Amazing! Perfect!

    We two women from Minnesota were coming there for a wedding!! 3 hour shuttle ride from the airport. Not driving and riding was so enjoyable! Every human we met in Costa Rica was absolutely amazing and nice!! The resort/ hotel was absolutely beautiful and wonderful! Spotless! Great service! Delicious food! Fresh yummy drinks! Fresh fantastic breakfast was delicious and beautiful!! Sipping our Costa Rica coffee and watching the green volcano change by the minute!?!? Priceless!! We stayed 7 nights!! The food was great too! My massage was superb! The pool and hot tubs were great! Hot at the top! Cooler as you move your way down the levels! The wedding and reception, dance party were beautiful, fun and unforgettable!! There was absolutely nothing to improve! Being there in the off/ slow season was great!! Thank you! We Minnesota women decided we would return! Thanks! Pura Vida!

    Excellent Hotel!!

    Beautiful hotel! There is not one negative thing I could write about this place. Views, food, staff, pool/hot springs....all are amazing! We flew in to Liberia and drove to the hotel. I do not recommend driving at night or when it's raining; the roads are TOUGH. The staff were all eager and we even got a brief 20 minute night time tour to look for frogs by a very knowledgeable staff! Although it was the "winter" season, we DEFINITELY needed the air conditioning which worked great!

    Perfection!!!!

    Absolutely stunning hotel! 1000/10 the view from our room was amazing the room was beautiful and CLEAN! We got fresh towels everyday. The natural hot springs were amazing! We were so happy downtown FORTUNA was only 15 minutes from Arenal Kioro. We definitely got our money worth! Will visit again
