  Another amazing stay.

  My wife and I stayed at the resort from June 2 thru June11 celebrating my 70 th b'day. This was our 10th time we have stayed at this resort. It's not as luxurious as some of the other resorts but it has every thing you need. The spectacular beach is literally steps from the most beautiful beach in the world. From the time we woke up we were in the water within minutes. Relaxed on the beach then had breakfast at Corals (restaurant beside the pool it's indoors). They found out it was my birthday and brought out a cake and bubble machine. I brought a tear to my eyes. The staff is exceptional. Especially Reynoldo he has been a bellman their since we've been going over 10 stays. Thank you to Kyle also. Thank you to the rooms manager also we were upgraded to a ocean view room and a fruit basket. You can't go wrong staying here. It is a little worn but it's my favorite. The hotel is situated on the main strip known as the high rise area and within walking distance to most of the great restaurants. You can eat cheap or high end whatever you want. We obviously will go back!

  Could have been better

  This was our first trip to Aruba. It was beautiful and will definitely return but will be considering different accommodations for that trip. Pros: The hotel was clean and the grounds well kept. The beaches are beautiful and the staff is very nice. Cons: The hotel is dated and past the point of needing some renovations. The pools, spas and beach bar close at 7pm. The hotel has 3 spas. On one the jets didn’t work and one was not heated. The third one had both jets and heat but still closed at 7pm. Went to the hotels Coral Cafe for breakfast twice. First time, our waitress Veronica was outstanding. Couldn’t have been more pleasant. Can’t say enough about her. The second time was the complete opposite. Unfortunately I do not have her name, I’m not sure she gave it to us. I asked her what the continental breakfast consisted of and her answer was “dessert”.She seemed annoyed we wanted to order from the menu and not have the buffet.She told us, “well it’s going to be awhile, probably 30 minutes.” We ordered from the menu on the previous visit and that did not happen. On the first night, we went to a restaurant called da Vinci. We were not able to get in because a reservation was required. The menu is posted outside and based on the menu we decided we would like to go back another night with a reservation. We went back two nights later made a reservation. The hostess saw us reviewing the menu as were other people from the hotel. When we returned at our scheduled time there was a different menu on top of the original menu. When we asked about it, the hostess told us that the menu changed “today”, even though the old menu was still up when we made the reservation an hour prior. Nothing that was on the original menu was available on the new menu so we did not stay. Thankfully the location is such that there were plenty of options on the strip but it would have been nice to stay at the hotel as well. Also would have been nice to enjoy the spa after 7pm.

  Amazing week

  It was amazing from start to finish. Very clean and the food was awesome. We ate at all the resort restaurants and all were fantastic The staff were so friendly and helpful. The resort is also in a great location. One of the best vacations ever. Highly recommend!!

  ARUBA First Timers but NOT the last!😁

  Our first trip to Aruba! Clean and comfortable! Cozy bed and balcony is lovely for views . Destination wedding of 150 people , who all mostly stayed at Holiday Inn . Wedding was outstanding because of the strong support system of the hardworking staff. The entire various employees from housekeeping and hospitality, restaurants, boutiques are all warm , kind and patient. Beach and pool area of HI is relaxing , picturesque and has everything organized for guests . My husband dropped a sock over the balcony and could see it landed on a balcony two floors below us. He alerted housekeeping and front desk the next day and within 15 minutes a knock on our with the sock from housekeeping 😁 EVERY detail regarding their guests is important to them…including a sock! Thank you Holiday Inn and looking forward to a second visit .😊

  Seabreeze diner

  The sea breeze was a great place to eat!! The filet is very tender and flavor full! Our waitress Maxi did a great job of making sure our drinks were filled and we had enough food to eat! The desert is also a must when eating! Can’t recommend this place enough!!
