  Best staff, amazing people, great service. Kyle is the best helping us with luggage along with taxi services. Nos made our checkout so fast and easy. Everyone who was on the premises was very nice and able to assist us with whatever concerns we had. Our room had an ocean view which showed the sunset every night in the most perfect spot

  Wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Aruba

  This is a great resort. We did the all inclusive package. The food is excellent! The beach and pools are great. The best part is the staff! They really care and smile all the time! They are so warm and friendly! I have to single out Joshwina who by the third day was serving me my usual coffee exactly as I like it without me having to ask her of coarse with big wonderful smile!

  Veronica at Holiday Inn

  Veronica became like family. The sweetest and most kind waitress i have ever met. Year after year she us always the sweetest 🩷🩷 . We visit evey year and always ask for her each time. My children absolutely adore her and she loves and takes hood care of them.

  Exceeded Our Expectations

  We're recently back from a 5 night trip to Aruba, and we stayed at the Holiday Inn with our 2 kids (late teens). We absolutely loved it! We picked the Holiday Inn and reserved 2 rooms based upon mostly positive reviews on TA, a friend's recommendation, and some familiarity with the Palm Beach area. We had stayed at the Allegro (now Barcelo), which is 3 doors down, many moons ago on our honeymoon. To us it's all about location! The Holiday Inn's location was perfect with their own 1/4 mile stretch of beautiful Palm Beach. Tons of options for dining/drinks within a 5 minute walk max. both on HI property and off. We appreciated the palapa rental system where you can reserve a palapa or poolside gazebo online up to 15 days before your arrival. This eliminated the frustration of arriving at the beach to find no shade/chairs available when rude people "reserve" chairs with a towel for hours until they feel like showing up. It was $30 per day for a palapa and $40 for a poolside gazebo. There are also umbrellas and chairs available for $40 per day that the beach staff will set up for you. Those are not able to be reserved and are on a first come first served basis. Our kids ate at Agave one night and said it was the best meal they'd had in ages. We also enjoyed the Oceanside Bar & Grill most days for lunch and then again for happy hour. Shout out to Edward the bartender! Moomba next door seemed to be the place to go at night for the college aged kids. We also did the Jolly Pirate's afternoon snorkel trip (also right next door to HI). Kids' loved it & so did the parents. We're not super bougie. Some reviews say that the HI is dated and needs a face lift. While it is one of the older resorts on the island, we found that it was perfect for us. Incredibly friendly staff, super clean, quiet rooms with comfortable beds. There's a reason they've been around for 55 years and counting! We had 2 Oceanview rooms in the Ocean Tower (middle building). The Oceanfront rooms are so close to the water that anyone with a half decent arm could probably hit the ocean with a rock thrown from the terrace. Between the beach, pools, and the proximity to the malls, restaurants, and bars, the Holiday Inn is perfect. I would absolutely return to the Holiday Inn and hope they will continue to be around for years to come.

  Great location and amazing staff!

  This is our tenth visit since 2017. Fantastic place to stay. The staff is excellent especially: Sulienne Ras, Fransica, Miguel, Mr. Smith, Emilia Rivero, Reynaldo, Eugene, John, Mary and Diana the waitress at breakfast and Augustine. I highly recommend this great hotel. Beautiful view and the staff are just great! It’s our home away from home!
