  Nice place to stay

  Hotel was very nice. I would suggest you stay in the center building. It seems like it would be quiet there. We stayed in building 5 and it was very noisy. We did enjoy the staff very much. So nice and always helpful when needed. A special thanks to Margot and Raymondo.

  Magical ✨

  My husband and I chose Aruba as our honeymoon destination and I couldn't be happier that we stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort. I'll be frank here, when I found out we were staying at a Holiday Inn I was a little skeptical. Some of the Holiday Inns here in the states can be a little suspect but walking into this place quickly pushed all my reservations to the wayside. From the moment we entered the lobby we were greeted with big smiles and warm welcomes. From checking in with Joshua to checking out with Don and everything in-between, our stay was absolute perfection. The prime location of the beautiful, white, sugary beach, clean pools, hot tubs, and overall property are just stunning. The food and drinks at all on site restaurants was great too. (Agave and Divinci were my favorites.) Our room was clean, spacious, and well kept. (Thank you Noreen) But the best part of our stay was undoubtably the Holiday Inn staff. All I can say is WOW. Every person we encountered whether at the lobby cafe, all of the delicious restaurants, and the pool/ beach restaurant bars that became the home of indulgent happy hours, was such a delight. They are the reason Aruba is defined as "one happy island" Kevin and Juan, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making our stay so special and memorable. Ms Myla, thank you for always checking in on us and making sure we were taken care of. Haram as well. To the kitchen staff, Chef Ocean, Miguel (Colombia), and many more, thank you so much. And to all of the amazing bartenders and servers we experienced: Luci, Virginia, Veronica, Edward, Lucas, Wilfrido, Juan, Juan, Juan S., Calvin, Yaqui, Josuel, and Willy- masha danki, muchísimas gracias, a million times, thank you. To everyone at the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba, thank you for your hard work, dedication, time, effort, and sharing your island with us.   Jhon A.serving us at Palm Lobby bar and coffee was outstanding

  We stayed in Palms Tower. Counting that hotel is the second oldest on the island, room was dated but spacious with the comfortable beds. Cannot beat the great location and super enjoyable long sandy beach with the free chairs. Personnel was very friendly and attentive, all our needs were addressed promptly.

  Waitress shoutout- Maxi

  My husband and I are here for our honeymoon. We had dinner at Seabreeze and had Maxi as our waitress, she was unbelievably kind, happy, & smiley. She truly made our dinner so special and enjoyable! She is so personable and sweet. 10/10

  Aruba, 39th birthday get away.

  "I recently stayed here for my birthday and had a wonderful time. The highlight of my trip was the incredible service from the staff. **Maxi** from the Sea Breeze restaurant and **Jousel** the bartender from Palm Lobby went above and beyond to make my stay special. The beach is absolutely beautiful—very clean and perfect for relaxing. While the food was decent, it was the exceptional staff and the stunning beach that made my visit so memorable. I would definitely recommend it, especially for the great service."
