May 17, 2025Aruba 2025 Holiday Inn resort and Casino
Every year when we travel to Aruba, we always stay at the Holiday Inn resort and casino. Our friends ask why we always stay at the Holiday Inn. I can tell you why we always stay there. If you want a comfortable bed, a spotless, white sand beach, aqua water, and the best staff members ever you would stay there too oh, and I can’t forget about the food in the restaurants all of them out of this world worth every bit of weight you gain on vacation. I would also like to thank Louise and Boris on the outdoor Oceanside restaurant Who always greet us and take the best care of us while we are there. Cheryl McLean and Smitty, thank you, thank you thank you for always making sure we have our favorite papaya and that it is set up for us every day. At the Seabreeze restaurant, the Waitt staff, Maxi, Jimmy and Jhonny always go above and beyond. I watched the manager of the restaurants Cecille not only does she manage she steps in and helps with whatever had to be done whether it was picking up a spill, wiping down tables and again always with a smile. We always go back there because the staff really has become part of our extended family. And I want to thank everyone at that hotel for the wonderful service. I would like to thank Wenatte in the reservation office for answering my phone calls, answering my questions, and making sure what we asked for was always taken care of. Kevin, the new assistant manager , the changes made in the hotel, from the new furniture, the updating and all else look fabulous. Thank you all for making our second home Aruba and our time spent at the Holiday Inn resort casino has always a wonderful time. Looking forward to seeing you all next year, Mary and Joe Pallotta.

A+ Honeymoon!
Wonderful trip! Food was A+! We had a small issue at the beginning of the trip when we awoke to a bathroom full of sewer water but they did make it right and give us an upgrade! Shout out to Joshwina, Andre, and Yaqui! Always greeted with a smile! Sometimes service was slow at Oceanside but usually only during happy hour (3-5). The property is very centrally located. Staff was great with recommendations. We did the all inclusive plan which saved us lots of money on the island. We were always full and drinks were consistently tasty. Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean and comfortable although the entire property is badly in need of an update. The service was the best I’ve ever experienced on vacation. The waiter at Sea Breeze Restaurant, Izeu, Edward at the beach bar, Eugene at bell hop and Raymond helping us with beach set up were some unbelievable standouts that made our stay excellent. The all inclusive option was so well priced, it’s worth it if you enjoy cocktails and if you eat at least a meal or two each day on property. All in all, very satisfied!

Best happy hour on the island!
We had so much fun at the beach bar with Hamilton!!!! He made our day extra special and took exceptional care of us! Happy hour specials make it economical and fabulous!! Beautiful beach views, and happy people at the bar! Everyone who works at the Holiday Inn makes the experience so wonderful!

Wonderful Stay at the Holiday Inn
We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at the Holiday Inn Aruba. The beach is beautiful, one of the best on Palm Beach. Staff is very friendly. Room was always kept clean and organized. Calvin at the bar was great! So friendly!! We will definitely be back next year!!
