  A lot of mold everywhere

  We stayed at this hotel as a family with two children, knowing it was a more affordable option for Aruba. However, the issues we encountered are unacceptable regardless of the price. From the moment we arrived, there was an overwhelming smell of moisture throughout the hallways. The ceilings were damp and stained, and near the old-style wall AC unit, there were visible green mold patches caused by humidity. We left some clothes on the chairs in the room and they became damp and smelled of mold. Everything in the room stayed constantly moist unless we kept the balcony doors open to air it out. The humidity odor was unbearable the moment the room was closed for even a short while. This is not only unpleasant but also a serious health concern, especially when traveling with young children. Constant exposure to mold and dampness can cause respiratory issues, which made us very uncomfortable. The bathroom had its own problems. On the first day, the shower barely worked – only a few drops of water were coming out. We had to request a repair, which made us question how the shower area had been cleaned before our arrival if it wasn’t even functional. It took two days before we were provided with shower gel – we had to use our kids’ gel in the meantime and eventually request it at the front desk. Another small but frustrating detail: the hotel does not provide glass cups, only paper ones. Every time the room was cleaned, the paper cups were thrown away but never replaced, so we had to keep asking for more. To be fair, the food was decent, and the beach in front of the hotel is absolutely stunning – truly one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve seen. That part of the stay was very enjoyable. However, the humidity, poor maintenance, and overall cleanliness issues made this stay stressful and uncomfortable. These are not minor flaws, but serious problems that should be addressed urgently, especially in a hotel that hosts families.

  Fantastic Staff

  The service staff is fantastic especially my waitress Maxi at the Sea Breeze outdoor restaurant. Lunches and dinners were delicious. Everyone took excellent care of me and I highly recommend this resort

  Highly recommended

  Our first experience with H.Inn in Aruba was beyond expectations. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of options for breakfast, Luz and Veronica were excellent, and Don at the reception went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant.

  Natalee at Seabreeze Dinner

  This review is specifically for how Natalee handled a situation that could have gone seriously sour. We are a family of 10 and wanted a reservation at Seabreeze by the beach. The first manager assured us that we will have 2 tables next to each other but cannot sit all 10 on one table. We showed up and the 2 tables are nowhere near each other! Then, they rearranged some things to get us 2 tables next to each other but to seat 8! We asked if we can have another table and told no, with a lot of huffing and puffing by the first woman. The manager, Natalee came in, listed to the situation and easily found a solution for us to sit on 3 separate tables and gathered them together. She then went above and beyond and showed me a picture of the bread to verify there’s no sesame in the table bread for my son’s severe sesame allergy. Just professional, amazing, with a smile, and absolutely beautiful human being. Thank you so much for making our night!!!!
