We had such an awesome experience here and the outstanding staff is truly what made it an exceptional stay. The entertainment team — especially Saul and Hugo, were awesome. They remembered our names everyday and made us feel so welcomed! We had so much fun with them at the pool and we loved all the pool activities. The bartenders and servers — Ernesto at La Luce, Medardo and Nora from Velo, Daniel and Alberto at the pool, and Isay from the lobby were so awesome. I’ve never had such exceptional service and it was so fun walking around the resort and feeling welcomed everywhere we went. The resort games and amenities were awesome. We had so much fun at bingo night and silent disco and we loved watching the dancers at celebration. The food at La Luce and at the breakfast buffet was so delicious. I already miss the food served here. Good selection of alcohols and different beverages too. We would absolutely come back here. Such a fun and fabulous experience!!!! Highly recommend.

The hotel was nice and all, the only restaurant we enjoyed was the Vela and the Cocomar, the rest were ok. Norma the waitress was awesome. The other restaurants were not so good. The house keeping was a bit challenge, my room would not get cleaned completely, they would not take dirty cups and dishes when the clean the room. Getting free bottle water to the room was a challenge.

La Luce
Excellent food, excellent service that was it. Erik and Estaban took very good care of us. Helped us celebrate a birthday. La Luce is now one of our favorite restaurants at the Hilton Vallarta. Highly recommend the salmon and lasagne bolagnese.

Awesome
We had the best pool waiter name CHRISTIAN excellent service . On top of him game. Went over and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were here to celebrate my boyfriend b-day. He brought him a birthday cake. That caught my boyfriend totally by surprise. Will definitely return next year

Can’t wait to return
We came back to this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the great F&B services this hotel provides. We visited the Seasalt restaurant where you can find the best ceviche available! When you visit, as for Ana. She prepared the most incredible kit with really good local sauce. At Maxal, you will eat real authentic Mexican food. It’s delicious! You will be greeted by America who will find the perfect table for you and ask to be served by Chris. They will both provide you with the best recommendation. You will enjoy a healthy breakfast and plenty of choices at the buffet. I recommend you sit outside with the beautiful sound of the sea. If you ask for Esmeralda, she will be quick and efficient. Plus, she is funny! And the housekeeping team was detailed and my room was always well taken care of. Congratulations to your team and HR. Great services!!!
