I would give it a 5 star if their Saltgrass restaurant was open at all for breakfast. Never was,,not even on Saturday or Sunday when their website says it was open. Besides that I loved it.Awesome Chef Marcos Mazzano of Vela Desaynos ( the only breakfast buffet of the entire hotel) was great, friendly and prepared awesome food. . Diego Ricardo ( cheerful young man) from the same restaurant was very attentive and polite and friendly and made us feel very special. Italian food was over the edge. So was Asian food restaurant…. Entertainment was very Big from hotel staff to evening troupes at the hotel. It was very enjoyable experience for our family.

Exceptional Service and Friendly Staff at The Vela Restaurant Every Morning!
We had breakfast every morning for five days at The Vela Restaurant, and Isela, Norma, and Medardo made each day so special! They greeted us with warm smiles, remembered our names from day one, and always took care of every detail. Their kindness and attentiveness truly made us feel at home. The food was great, but their friendly service and genuine hospitality made our mornings unforgettable. Thank you, Isela, Norma, and Medardo — you’re a wonderful team and a real highlight of our stay in Puerto Vallarta! 🌴☀️

Relaxing and extremely satisfying family vacation
This all inclusive Hilton in Puerto Vallarta was top notch! The staff is amazing and the food is next level. We just had dinner at Maxal, the Mexican restaurant and it exceeded any expectations. Exael and his colleagues served us and they were so attentive. Seriously such a great experience
